Take forever to be credited for a return. A bit overpriced overall. Nice variety of items. Easy ordering process. Run out of items sometimes before you decide to purchase.

Always find things to purchase from QVC. I'm not fond of their shipping cost structure but I still buy stuff from them. Popular with me right now are all of Lori Greiner(Shark Tank) products. Cool stuff.

Just called with a question on a return and refund on an item and received nothing but excellent service. - I've purchased many items from QVC and been very happy with them but I recently received an item that wasn't exactly what I expected. I went online printed out the return label, sent back the item and my refund was processed within days. Wasn't sure exactly how the refund was processed so I called and they explained it clearly and kindly. Knowledgeable and friendly customer service.

I love QVC and have been shopping for like 20 years. The only thing I don't like is their high shipping costs. But, at least Mrrebates refunds help balance that out a little.

I've been a QVC shopper/member for over 20 years and love all the different items they have to offer. I've ordered shoes, handbags, jewelry, electronics and food. So far, I've never been disappointed. That's 20 years of no disappointment. Can't make a statements like that very often.

I have been buying from QVC for years. You cannot beat the convenience. Plus they have everything imagineable. You can either call-in to QVC to place your order or you can do it online. The greatest thing of all is that they take returns without a restocking fee--NO QUESTIONS ASKED! They also credit you for the original shipping costs if you return something and the item you ordered is defective, they will give you a credit for your return shipping costs. My only complaint is that if you order multiple items (different items) you have to pay individual shipping costs. They do not put all the items together and then figure out the shipping costs. I think this makes you pay a little more for shipping when you buy multiple different items. You do get a discount when you buy multiples of the same item.

I have been a frequent QVC shopper for the last 15 years. When my son introduced me to Mr. Rebates I found that I could order the items I was already buying from my favorite television shopping channel, QVC, though my Mr. Rebates account and get paid 4% back on every purchase. What a terrific combination of savings on top of savings! In addition, each day from11am until 3pm QVC offers a number of l'unchtime special' items on their web site. I have found a number of wonderful bargains and clearance priced merchandise for a lunchtime special price. Great for gift items as well!

QVC is always a great place to look for something. Good selection, with many excellent sale prices, and sometimes free shipping. I've been shopping with them for nearly twenty years. Customer service is not as exceptional as in previous years, but it is OK. I usually purchase at least one item each month.

I have ordered jewelry, clothing, make-up, food, you name it... from QVC. I never had a problem returning anything if I needed to. The customer service is top notch, very friendly and helpful. Any issue has always been resolved right away. The products are great, and a lot of times a bigger size or just a better deal than other retail stores so it makes things a great value. This is my favorite channel to shop from, and I literally watch it every day & probably order once or twice a week. Love it!!!

Of the three major shopping channels, QVC is my favorite. They offer a wide selection of quality items, and their prices are almost always the lowest around. I have to admit, though, as far as "funky" fashions go, HSN has them beat.

I am a tv shopping junkie. I have purchased from all 3 of the major shopping channels (QVC, HSN, and ShopNBC) and my experience is that while QVC is the biggest, they are by far the worst of the three. Their website is terrible, with minimal description of the items. Jewelry is boring with no style (the one exception is Nolan Miller), and the clothing is awful. Shipping is SLOW, and it takes forever to receive credit on returns.

QVC is a great place to shop. I originally started shopping there 20 years ago but stopped. I recently started shopping there again and found myself addicted once again! They have great sales on clothes, electronics, beauty products and just neat products. I like to buy my beauty products from one of their distributors there and it's great! They have a 30 day money back guarantee NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
The only negative is their shipping policy which is understable but gets expensive. They charge by the item shipped so when you are ordering more than one product it gets quite costly. They do however give you specials like 1/2 off 2nd item purchases on clothes and beauty products and sometimes free shipping. I just sometimes spend $50 to $60 to get 10 items to me that shouldn't even cost 1/3 of that in shipping. But don't let that stop you from shopping at QVC... They are a great outlet for great products at great prices on certain items.!!

I have shopped on and off with QVC for over 10 years. In those years, I have usually been pleased with my purchases. The few times that I wasn't, I had no problem returning the product for a full refund less return shipping costs.
I haven't ordered as much lately, but I do purchase the gift cards for those in my family that still shop regularly with QVC.
Overall, I would recommend QVC for the ease of shopping and for finding unusual merchandise.

I love shopping with QVC. Their customer service is second to none.
Unfortunately I've had issues with Mr. Rebates processing the rebates. I've tried switching browsers per their suggestion to no avail. While they have made some manual adjustments I will no longer be able to get the rebate offered for this merchant.
