QVC makes shopping for a business woman extremely easy. I travel for work and do not have the time to go to the malls to shop. If I don't like what I have purchased after trying it, I can return it and receive a full refund. Try doing that at most stores.
When not able to find what I am looking for online, I can call a toll free number and their customer service department magically located it for me. It just doesn't get any better!

If you spend enough time looking, you can find some good deals at QVC. I found a decent price on Proactiv skin care products here. They could stand to offer free/reduced shipping, but if you love a certain product or brand line, QVC may be for you. They also offer monthly shipping so that your product can arrive just on time each and every month.

Great place to buy nascar diecast! The customer service staff is very friendly and prompt on finding information for you regarding merchandise availability and pricing. The confirmation emails are so helpful! They allow you to track your order's progress online, something very helpful when you pre-order and aren't sure when your merchandise will arrive.

Hi,
I made this purchase via QVC.com. Their site is very easy to use. I much prefer to go online via Mr. Rebates than talk to a customer service representative. When I do call, their customer service is very good.

I enjoy shopping at the QVC website. It is a fun way to browse for many different products. My only complaint is the frequency that items are out of stock, although I do take advantage of waitlist!

I am very pleased with QVC.com. I have been shopping with QVC for quite a while now and have always been happy with them.

The overall experience with shopping at QVC is good. They seem to always work with you if there is a problem. I do most of my purchases with them online and it is fast and simple. You click on your item and their checkout is one of the easiest ones I have dealt with. If you have a return, they issue credits to your account very quickly. I have been shopping with them for years and will continue to do so.

The large variety of products offered makes shopping online at QVC.com convenient. The website is easy to navigate, and in-stock product selection is good. A variety of payment methods are offered, as well as online details of all purchases and tracking information. Perhaps the largest downside is the lack of combined shipping on multiple purchases. An individual shipping charge on each item purchased can add up quickly, although discounts are offered on certain products such as beauty items and apparel. Overall, QVC.com is a great online site to find and purchase almost anything, and have it quickly and conveniently delivered to your door.

I really like QVC for its CONVENIENCE but also for its excellent return policy. The customer service has been FABULOUS and has only improved in the 5 years I've been shopping with them. I would like to see more designer fashions and more designer accessories but besides that, they seem to only pick the better products to sell. I can trust that I'll almost always love what I buy. It’s rare to be disappointed in the quality.

Many items are overhyped. When you get them home, they are not what you were led to believe. Shipping rates are very high. Although they tout "no questions asked, no hassle returns" if you return too many times, they send you a scolding letter threatening to cancel your account!"
On the plus side, they do sometimes have the best price on items you can find elsewhere, but for more money. (Just make sure it's still the best price after shipping.)
I also like being able to see certain products demonstrated on TV, such as appliances, craft products, kitchen gadgets etc. I'm not big on reading directions, and sometimes it's very helpful to see a product assembled and used ahead of time.

I have ordered from QVC for over 5 years, and highly recommend this retailer. Customer service is exceptional, returns are easy and attended to quickly, and product selection is good. I order a lot of clothing from QVC, and have been pleased with the quality. I will continue to make QVC one of the top stores I shop at.
