QVC needs to give us better deals such as free shipping or coupons. I don't care that QVC only has Anniversary prices or Introductory prices during the time the product is on-air. They should allow these prices to be good for the whole day or the whole visit of the vendor.

I have enjoyed shopping with QVC for more years than I can remember. I have loved everything that I have purchased (cosmetics are what I buy the most of). I have had a few problems over the years with receiving products damaged (smashed) during shipping. The customer service department has been real good about resolving the problems 99% of the time. The only real complaint that I have is the cost of shipping per item.
Great Company! I really like the ease of shopping with them on the internet. I now shop even more.

I am a frequent QVC shopper. They have a wonderfully diverse selection of products. I often purchase beauty products from QVC.com and their color selection is excellent. However, items often are out of stock and have to be waitlisted. QVC is very good about fulfilling waitlist orders and will send email updates to you if the product ordered has not yet arrived in stock. QVC.com also unfortunately has fairly high shipping prices. If you order multiple items, often the shipping is reduced, but you still pay a shipping fee per item. Even if you order several items at a time, they will all ship separately in separate packaging. This can often delay arrival time of orders as well. QVC.com will happily help with any customer problems over the phone or using online chat. They also have an excellent return policy that they firmly stand behind.

Most of the time QVC.com has what I'm looking for. Customer service is very good 95% of the time. As a whole, QVC.com is an easy shopping experience. Try it!

I have been buying from QVC for over 10 years and the customer service is the best. However, I wish that they would allow Auto Delivery Orders to be done completely online instead of going through the customer service. HSN online ordering beats them hands down.
Overall I have been very pleased and will continue to buy from them.

It's hard to get " online live help" to help you. It takes a long wait and then your session gets expired in the middle of the conversation which is very frustraiting. Log in should be made easier too, without Pins and ID.

QVC is the best! Their customer service cannot be beat and they have very unique products. I love shopping at QVC! They process and ship orders quick also. If anything needs to be returned there are no problems. Anything is returnable within 30 days no questions asked. I recommend QVC to all my friends and family.,

I really like QVC because they have some products that you can't find anywhere else. Most of the time those are the products that I purchase from them. The customer service is just wonderful! Whatever kind of problem you might have, they are so helpful and online store is just great!

QVC.com is great! They offer wonderful products that you will not find in stores. Their website is easy to use and offers great updates on your order status. Shipping is fast, and their customer service is wonderful. They do not offer many coupons, but they have resonable prices and a wide selection of merchandise.

I've been with the QVC since it started - as my credit cards will attest! It's gotten better in most regards, especially in the ease of online ordering. I miss some of the original hosts, but the majority of current ones are doing a good job. I also value highly the higher-end brands offered. Among my main requests is that there should be only one shipping and handling cost on products from the same vendor, especially when ordered in the same show. Customer Service is excellent overall.
