I LOVE QVC, do most of my online shopping with them, no problems with returns--done quick & easy! Just found out about Mr. Rebates through their Community Forums, so now I'm extra happy since I'm saving even more!! I usually watch QVC all day long, but when I order I do it online because they have a quick, easy feature that allows you to place an order, and if you happen to change your mind, you can go right back online & cancel--no problem (as long as the item hasn't been prepared to ship out) This is just "good business" to me, and a great feature. Plus, it is just one of the reasons I shop QVC. Other sites are not as easy to cancel an order---QVC's cancellation policy works so well for me that when I do place an order and receive it, my returns to them are VERY minimal! I especially like that QVC will combine shipping on multiple items ordered. Also, they carry some well known brands (especially cosmetics & skin care) that are sold at high end stores and rarely go on sale, but QVC will put items together in "kits" and sell them for a better price than the stores. You also have 30 days to try an item and when they say "if for ANY reason you are not happy, you may return the item for a full refund" what other store lets you literally wear clothing, shoes, try on makeup and use it for a month and then return it if you don't like it??? Not many--that is why I've been shopping with QVC for several years and will continue to be a "dedicated customer!

This is a true pride operation. I have been doing business for many years and they are true to their word. If or when you have to use their customer service, they are very kind and treat you like a person not a number and solve your problem!!

I have ordered several times from QVC both online and on air. I have not really had any problems so I have not had to use Customer Service. I have found at times that I was unable to purchase that which I wanted because of "out of stock" or "wait list." The website is a great way to order something without waiting for it to air on the television show.

They have an easy to use on line ordering system. They also have an easy telephone system if that is more convenient system. I also like it that I can look up my order status at any time to see what I've ordered and if it has shipped. I do not like it that I have to call customer service to cancel an auto delivery item. I do not understand why that can't be done on line as well.

I've never had a problem with QVC. I do all of my ordering online since I can take advantage of Mr. Rebates.
I find especially useful the forum boards; sometimes the individuals on them are not especially flattering to some of the show hosts but I ignore that.
The Forums typically have useful and insightful information when products are reviewed.
I do find, though, that the shipping costs might be a bit on the high side.

QVC is a great place to shop. I have been a loyal customer since 1993 or earlier. I especially enjoy watching the program as the hosts are specific in what they say about the product and give ideas on how to use the item. Even if I don't buy, I better understand products - especially the technological ones.

I am really glad I discovered QVC. They are a good company and have quality products. When I have had to use customer service, the representatives are very knowledgeable and helpful and extremely courteous. If an item is not to your satisfaction, there is no problem returning it and very easily done. I am very satisfied with QVC.

QVC is my favorite place to shop. They just keep getting better and better products and their service is the best. Most days I am outfitted head to toe in QVC products and they have become my favorite place to purchase cosmetics. If you have not shopped QVC you are missing a great experience!

If an item is only available on a wait-list there is no way to put it in your favorites list to go back to in the future. This should be changed. Items are good quality and current fashions and the latest innovations. Prices are reasonable.

On the whole, it is a pleasurable experience. My issue was that I purchased a product that description not come with clear instructions and no one at QVC could give any further instructions. So it cost me $17 to ship to me and $17 to ship back. So even though they "sellers" stress try it for 30 days, you are still stuck with S&H costs.

QVC.com is a very easy to navigate site. I've had good experiences as far as quality of goods I've purchased but if something isn't quite right, returns are handled quickly and without hassle. I really like their set-up for tracking your order as well. I've been ordering from QVC.com for years now and will continue to do so.

I have ordered many products from QVC and have found that they are a QUALITY organization. Their return policy is simple and easy. I have had no problems returning items or exchanging the size. The order process online is smooth and simple!

The operators taking the orders are very helpful and well mannered. If you can not find what you are looking for they will help you look until you find that product. Customer service goes out of their way to make "it" right. That could mean replacing the merchandise, replacing the part, or giving you a refund if the product was not what you expected it to be.

I always find a good deal on new and interesting items at QVC. I think their sizing could be a little more consistent between brand names. I also wish that they offered a longer inseam in the pants they offer.

I've ordered from QVC since 1991 and have had few problems. Customer Service is great, online or on the phone. They stand behind the products they sell and prices are competitive and sometimes really good.
But if you've never ordered their clothing, search for the size chart on line (or get their from the site map) because the listings for each item won't be of much help.

Even though I didn't use customer service in this transaction, QVC has one of the best in the biz in my opinion. They certainly have a lot of products to choose from. It is very easy to use their website. I just wished they would offer more coupons and free shipping. Their special deals only last an hour or in the show. I work so I'm not glued to the TV all day. Therefore, I do miss some incentives.
