QVC is a really good company to buy from. Easy returns, easy ordering, great products, selection, excellent customer service. I am able to find products that I am not able to find locally and often at a better price too.

The prices at QVC are way too high and customer service cannot always provide information about when items are/will be in stock. It is very easy to order from QVC, however. But I really can't believe the prices on QVC are ever the best deal, even with cash back from Mr. Rebates. If you search online, you can find better deals elsewhere. Find another store through Mr. Rebates and shop through there instead.

I have found some things at better prices in the store. You have to think about the shipping and handling costs. Would recommend QVC.

I love shopping QVC and it certainly doesn't hurt getting paid to shop with Mr. Rebates :)
The variety and selection is huge, and available 24/7. The 30 day return policy certainly can't be beat either. Plus the easy pays and sometimes free shipping! Have fun and enjoy!

I have always loved QVC. Lately some of my items look used when I receive them. The shipping is taking forever. The Quality Value Convenience is starting too lack.

I have made many purchases from QVC and in the past was always pleased. Lately however my items, although in stock, sat in process for 10 days. Very slow shipping. Also their shipping charges have become way too high. Mostly I have been pleased with the quality of their merchandise, although with clothing the sizing is not always the same.

I have ordered thrrough QVC for years. They offer a great selection of products and great pricing. I have only had slight issues over the several years, and they always fix them! I would highly recommend them to anybody. They are great for finding great deals and quality items you won't find elsewhere.

The ordering process at QVC is safe and easy, and the customer service is generally good and frequently great, which in my book counts for a lot. Returns are pretty easy too, but the new return mailing labels are too expensive to use on smaller items, so I wish they had a choice of labels. And their shipping costs are too high, which is annoying, at best.

I've been shopping with QVC on and off since they took over CVN, and although for the most part I've been pleased with my purchases, I find that lately they no longer have the large selection of unique items that you couldn't find elsewhere. Most things are quite ordinary and can be found at a lower price if you shop around a bit which is easy to do with the internet. Two complaints: S&H is high, especially since they don't combine purchases (except multiples of the same item), and they don't seem to have any idea of how to run a sale. $2 off does not a sale make, and apart from EZ Pays, there are never special incentives like other places offer, such as a percent off your total purchase, etc.

Overall, an excellent shopping experience. Easy to find products you need AND those you don't need but want. Unfortunately, QVC does not offer free shipping over a certain amount like many other retailers which drives the cost of shipping up. Their 30 day return policy and their customer service are both second to none.

I love shopping with QVC. The few times I have had a problem with an order, their customer service was easy, efficient, they took care of my problem immediately. I love their large kits and feel these provide the best pricing.
I wish their shipping was a bit less expensive.

I've been shopping online with QVC & Mr.Rebates for over a year now. I realize I can always find QVC items cheaper on other websites, such as Ebay, but my overall experience with QVC itself has been positive. Only a few times have the items been out of stock & I opted to be put on a waitlist and they couldn't get the product as promised in the 45 day period. I would still recommend this site.

They do have good deals on some products, but you really need to know your prices as I have found the same products for much less in stores. Shipping and Handling is way too high. Website is very easy to use.

I have their pricing a nine because of the shipping charges on products.
While shipping is reduced on additional items, it adds up when other sites offer free shipping.
You can find great deal packages that aren't offered elsewhere, including larger size products not sold in stores
I rated customer service as a nine as I find their site useful, I rarely need to contact them. QVC does have a live chat and that is helpful when making a quick decision and need more product information

QVC has some really unbeatable prices on their products....especially if the item is a "Today's Special Value!" I think the shipping prices are a little high sometimes. I like using the Easy Pay option to spread out payments. I will continue to buy from QVC.

I love to be able to see the product on TV then order and say "I saw it on tv".
I have ordered food, and kitchen items, not too many places you can do that and still get great quality.
Customer service was excellent. When one of the food items was just "not right", they just sent me a new one - no questions asked, no charge to me, and did not want the first one back.
