I love ordering from QVC! I very rarely have to make any returns and when I do the return process is also very easy. I purchase many products (clothing and jewelry) that are not available elsewhere.

QVC certainly lives up to its name-quality, value, and convenience. The whole QVC experience has been a pleasant one for me. The hosts are gracious and consistent in their descriptions of items for sale. The customer service is superb. I have been buying from QVC for years and have been nothing but pleased by their quality of products and their level of service.I am even happy to note that during the downturn in the economy, I notice that QVC has been offering free shipping and handling on many items. That gesture has been much appreciated by me.

What can I say, QVC is great! They stock all sizes, XS-3x, and everything in between. Great return policy, 30 days unconditionally. Customer service is wonderful andhelpful; can't ask for more!

I love ordering from QVC. I like the product presentation, which is the main reason I order from them. I get to see the product "in action" instead of just a picture. Ordering is very easy.

I love QVC! They have a great variety of quality products. Great Prices! Sometime shipping can be kind of expensive, but these days shipping is expensive everywhere. They have excellent customer service!

A great variety of products for personal and home use. They are always delivered quickly and packaged well. They also offer easy to use prepaid return labels if needed. Customer service is always helpful either on the phone or online. I have made many purchases over the past few years and they also have a bill to ship option for gifts.

I always use automated ordering which makes it a very easy ordering process. If you change your mind, returns are easy. My only real complaint is shipping costs. They always seem a little high to me.

Shopping with QVC through Mr Rebates is great. There is always a great selection and good deals to be found, especially like the 30 day return policy in case something doesn't work out for you. QVC sometimes has days when they don't charge shipping or have easy pays which make it much more easier on the wallet. Give it a try.

I never have any trouble getting my Mr.Rebates rebate from QVC.com and they have a lot of great stuff! It's much more then the home shopping channels we remember from the 80's with nothing but jewelry and clothing. You can get everything from designer handbags to big screen TV's. And they have a 30 money back policy on EVERYTHING they sell. You can't go wrong with them!

QVC is one of the best stores. Returns are easy, customer service is superior. The product selection is not as extensive as say Amazon, but what QVC has to offer is great quality. You can't go wrong.

QVC needs to be more generous with easy pay and discounts in order to keep up with other shopping channels.
Product selection is down compared to two or more years ago.
QVC should carry more gold bracelets, especially those that are 8.5" long.

I have bought items from QVC and then later found them cheaper (plus no shipping fees) in stores. That`s disappointing.
My biggest complaint would be that they continue to sell items that customers have given bad reviews to. I'm not talking about the items where a few people have rated an items poorly. I'm referring to the items that have a 1 out of 5 stars rating and have gotten "numerous" bad reviews. I guess they count on the customers that order by phone and don't see the reviews on the website.
Another disappointment I have with QVC is that they don`t make their manufacturers stand behind their product and warranty. Sometimes an item doesn`t go bad until after the 30 days and then you're just out of the money you paid because no one wants to honor the warranty or doesn`t have a warranty.

I don't think QVC products are as good as all the hosts claim. QVC makes you think they have the best price in the planet. In fact, they probably just make up their retail prices above QVC prices, so they can fool viewers. I seriously have compared QVC prices to other places many many times, and I can find the same price or even cheaper in elsewhere. "Only day of this month is on easy pay" is their daily statement to force people to purchase immediately. Many of the stuff I bought from QVC are just ok quality. I won't buy at QVC again, unless they have something I really need and I can't find in elsewhere. I like HSN much much better because they are more honest, and they relate to consumers better.

My biggest complaint is QVC sends out USED or DEFECTED merchandise as new. I'm sorry but that just does not cut it. .Buyer beware if you are on "waitlist."

I do like to shop with QVC.com. It is easy to place orders and you can cancel orders if you change your mind (within a certain length of time after placing the order).
You can return anything after 30 days for any reason - even beauty products, so it's a great place to buy new cosmetics you aren't sure you like. But if you are looking for a favorite item that you know you like, chances are good that you can find it cheaper or with free shipping somewhere else.

Ordering is easy, by phone, by automated phone, or online. Orders are clearly shown, and delivery estimates are correct. Items may be returned for any reason-- even if you just changed your mind -- and credits are processed promptly. Items arrive as shown, without substitutions. Overall, it's a great shopping experience from start to finish.
