Having purchased from QVC in the past, I will say their customer service is the best. You have to do your own research on the product, but you can't beat the 30-day guarantee, which really is beyond 30 days- try it for 30, they mail it back. Just beware your shipping costs. I have bought from most categories and had just a few disappointments over 10 years. The best is, if you purchase regularly, use this as a portal site, and gain cash back just for coming here first!

Overall, I love using QVC through Mr. Rebates because my account just keeps growing. The only issue I have with QVC is that they charge sales tax on all their items and I'm in Oklahoma, none of those items are coming from Oklahoma so I shouldn't be charged. HSN doesn't charge. So the price adds up one you add their shipping/handling charge and the tax. Other than that I enjoy shopping with QVC.

QVC has the best customer service of any home shopping network. They go above and beyond to keep the customer happy and satisfied. I am thoroughly impressed with them. The quality of merchandise I have received from QVC is unsurpassed...whether it be clothing, cosmetics, or house wares.

I have been on auto delivery from QVC for several items. Although they state on-air that you can cancel or delay shipment, I have had trouble when trying to cancel specific auto delivery shipments. Customer service assures me that the shipment is cancelled and 3 weeks later I receive the item I asked to cancel. This has happened to me twice. I've cancelled all auto delivery items since it is more hassle than it is worth.

I love QVC. Their customer service and sales assistants are friendly and very helpful. Their product selection is extensive and of high quality. I enjoy watching their show and find the hosts to be informative, friendly and full of advice and recommendations. QVC appeals to all customer's tastes and interests.

I have shopped through the QVC website for a few years now, and I have always had high ratings for the site. When I have any questions, I do not hesitate to use the "live help" option (found under customer service). They are usually quick to respond and to help you out.
I haven't had any problems while shopping at QVC.com yet, and I do not think I ever will. The products are what they say they are, they don't "cheat" you on quality. I have never been disappointed in any purchase, and I have made quite a few!

I find the ease and convenience of being able to shop online great. QVC has a large selection of products, especially those that are harder to find in the retail stores. Ordering has never been a hassle, in fact you can set up an account to speed buy items and ordering takes less than 30 seconds if you know what you'd like to purchase. They have a 30 day money back guarantee on any product that you buy and their customer service staff are very friendly and helpful! Prices are pretty comparable to other stores although there are times when they offer special sales/savings. On some items they even offer an easy pay plan so you can spread your payments out over a certain number of months. There is the "dreaded" shipping and handling charge, but that is a minor cost compared to the convenience of having something sent to your front door. I have been shopping with QVC for over 5 years and will continue to be a customer for a long time coming!

QVC has a wide variety of merchandise to choose from. They do not have many sales, so you might be able to find a comparable item elsewhere cheaper. I have had a couple of problems with them lately either shipping me the wrong items or shipping me damaged or defective ones. As far as their customer service, it really depends on who you end up talking with. Some are very courteous and helpful and some are not. QVC is also slow to ship orders.
