QVC.com has an excellent selection of items. The site will tell you immediately if the item is available or if you have to go on waitlist. I had a problem with the website at first, so I had to contact customer service. I was astounded that the telephone customer service representatives don't have access to the website and can't assist you if that is your problem. The online help system was very courteous but it took longer than I anticipated to solve the website problem, and they gave me useless advice at first. That was my only negative issue with QVC.com.

I occasionally order from QVC but I do not find their prices competitive. I have often found some items quite more expensive if I purchased them from QVC rather than in the store. Just like HSN the S&H charges are on a per item basis which can cause a fright when you go to checkout. I only order things from QVC when I can't purchase them in a store or on another website.

Are you a TV addict with a shopping addiction? Watch out.... QVC will definitely grab your attention and your wallet. Shopping is made quick and easy for those of us on the go. Just sit back and relax while getting all of your gifts purchased. Great customer service, so no need to worry about returns.

Shopping at QVC was a great experience. They have a wonderful selection of Christmas items. When I placed my order, one of the items was out of stock but I was notified the next day that it would arrive with the rest of my order.

I have been very pleased with the toy selections at QVC. I have two grandsons who are toddlers and they are thrilled with playing with the train sets and boom soccer. Can't find anything like these toys in retail stores. They hold up well and will continue to buy from QVC in the future.

If you watch you can get a nice deal on some items but overall I think you can find most things cheaper elsewhere on the net.

I like QVC, however, they charge way too much for shipping. When I order more than 1 item at a time there should be a base shipping price and not a shipping price for each individual item. That over shadows any savings you might get on the product. In fact, you end up paying more. They make a lot of money on shipping!

The quality of the customer services people is outstanding; it is an added asset that they are given the ability to make decisions. The management team is wise to delegate both responsibility and accountability to them. The show hosts are much more than a cut above their competition. The only reason I would even put on one of the other channels is to try and see two favorite former QVC hosts. A friend tipped me off to their new location, but also told me that they emphasize the difference in the quality of the employees between the companies. I have had product problems, but they were resolved quickly and courteously. QVC is the Nordstrom's of "tele-selling".

QVC is a fun place to order. They have great items, usually at a nice price which are shipped very quickly. I love their easy return policy. You can try an item out for 30 days and then return it if you are not completely happy with it. It makes it nice to be able to try an item out and have the option to return it used if you are not 100% satisfied and also receive the original shipping fee returned. Pretty nice!

I have ordered from OVC for years. I referred my family to them and they also have ordered from them. They are great about their 30 day return. I have never been disappointed or ever had a problem with them. Their customer service is as good as it gets. Rest assured you will never have a problem. Easiest shopping ever.

I have been ordering from QVC for more than 10 years. Now when I link in through Mr. Rebates I save even more on my purchases. I only order on the computer and have never had a problem. It is easy to compare products and their value. Customer bulletin boards sometimes offer information on products to help you make a decision on your purchasing.
