I have always had a good experience with the Q's customer service. While their prices can be great, their shipping and handling can be high so you have to watch for that. I usually shop via the web site--it's easy to navigate and there's a great forum to chat with others about products.

The prices are good overall. I enjoy getting more than what I spend for an item and I definitely get that at QVC. And in terms of customer service, they should go around training other corporations how customer service should really be managed! With all this, it's why I keep going back to QVC.

Good selection of merchandise. Fast shipping as well as reliable customer service. Returns are easy and notifcation of credits is available upon request.

I am a shopper of QVC for a very long time. I very much trust their products. Their word means a lot. If I ever had a problem, all I had to do was return it and they fixed the problem.
I do wish they would offer free shipping more often. That is what keeps me from buying as quickly, the shipping cost!

I have always had the best customer service from QVC. They have a super selection of scrapbooking items, as well as many lines you can't find elsewhere. The people who work for them are always very professional and courteous. It's easy to identify what products are in stock, and they are good at letting you know when an item is back in stock if you sign up for the notification process.

QVC has more items on their website than they show on TV. Ordering is exceptionally easy if you already have an account but still very easy for first-timers. Their customer service representatives are very nice and try their best to resolve problems. They have the best customer service of all the companies that I've dealt with.

My overall experience with QVC has been a positive one, however, I am unhappy about an auto-delivery order. I have eyebrow pencils on auto-delivery so that I wouldn't ever run out.
Yesterday, I received a letter stating the auto-delivery pencils are on backorder with no expected delivery date given. One of QVC's selling points of auto-delivery is that members in this program will always receive their product. What happened?
I am unsatisfied with this situation. My thought is why have an auto-delivery program if the product isn't kept in stock? I give QVC two thumbs down on this experience.

QVC.com certainly offers many products. I've never had a problem with customer service. Some of their prices aren't that great. I would like to see coupons offered for this site and definitely some free shipping or reduced shipping offers are greatly needed.
Overall, I'd recommend QVC as a trusted name and a place you can feel comfortable shopping with.

I order all my makeup from QVC. I've never had a problem with them. They ship quickly. The prices can be high sometimes. The shipping is also sometimes high.

QVC has one of the easiest online ordering processes I've ever encountered. Register at the site and all your information can be saved so that you can check out quickly by entering just a member number and PIN. They have a great selection and it is easy to track down items you see on TV even if you can't remember what the item's exact name is. Just click on the television schedule and search for the segment or time slot you watched. A list of products featured during that show will be presented.
Shipping costs do sometimes seem a little high - and each item on your order will carry its own separate cost - but most of the time you can still wind up getting a good deal even when figuring shipping into the total cost of the item.

Some items are a great deal....others are not a bargain. I shop here mostly for makeup and kitchen products. I love their line of cookware. It is good quality for a reasonable price. Biggest problem with this store is their shipping prices are very high.

I have been shopping at QVC since it merged with CVN about 15 years ago. I especially enjoy the variety of high end skin care and cosmetic products that they offer at great prices. Navigation of the sight is easy and check-out is simple, too. Returning an item is not complication with their pre-addressed return label and the credit back to my credit card is very prompt.
