QVC has great products and great selections, as well as, special groupings. Overall, I will continue to buy from them in the future. They are continually adding more brands of products that are difficult to find in store. Thanks QVC for taking out the guesswork!

When I had to send items back, their customer service is better than ANY of the other home shopping services. Everyone on the phone is knowledgeable and eager to help you with any of your questions. I find their hosts easier to watch than the other channels.

'Hercules Hook' As Seen on TV ad was more expensive, than on QVC. QVC's shipping and handling 3.97 while ASOTV was 10.93!!!
I've purchased QVC's product and it works great! I plan on ordering more from QVC.

I LOVE QVC & do 90% of my shopping there!! I do comparison shop before purchasing there, and they (for the most part) have the best prices! And they also have a lot of nice things that you can't find in other "box" stores!! If you haven't tried QVC yet, give them a try! They have a wonderful return policy so you really have nothing to lose!

I have ordered from QVC.com for about 9 years. QVC.com has a great "Search" feature which helps you find anything you are looking for. Checkout is very easy, just a few clicks, and when you are done there is a nice receipt to print out (that's better than trying to scramble for a pen when ordering by phone!).

I love QVC, especially the high quality jewelry. I have purchased many pieces of gold and am rarely disappointed. I have returned a few things and it was a painless process. I would not hesitate to recommend QVC to anyone!

I've been buying from QVC for over 11 years. Most of my dealings with them have been very pleasant. Customer service is very willing to listen to any problems you might have. I've ordered many products from them over the years & have been pleased. QVC allows you to order anything you want, any time of day without even leaving your house & what can be better than that?

I am very happy with QVC.I have been shopping with them for over 20 years and I don't plan on stopping. Customer service is great to deal with. I have NEVER had any problem in returning any thing for an exchange.

I found my item quickly by searching the website. I use the "speed buy" option so ordering is super quick and super easy. I have never had trouble ordering and have always found customer service helpful.

I have been ordering from QVC.com for over 10 years. I have found the packaging and delivery to be reliable, with items arriving within a few days safely and undamaged. Items are easily returned and customer service is above-average. Returns were credited in a timely fashion. I find the shipping rates tedious, I do like all one price for shipping or free shipping on a larger order, but some items or deals can only be gotten through QVC.com, so I guess that is fair. Overall, I like this store and when I want to send someone a nice outfit or keepsake, or buy myself a fancy small appliance, I head to this merchant.

I've shopped with QVC for decades and always come back for more. I'd have given their pricing a 9, except I've never seen FREE shipping with them. Other than charge for shipping, their site & prices are a homerun. Easy purchase process, and no hassle on returns! Customer serve representatives have always been friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. Their Daily Special is worth checking into, as well.
