I love QVC. I shop there a lot and enjoy interacting with them on the phone and through their website. They are much superior to other TV shopping channels and websites. The gold prices at QVC have gone up a lot, but they always have interesting new jewelry designs and styles to choose from.

I have shopped with QVC for many years and have mostly been satisfied with my purchases. Occasionally, I have been disappointed but was always taken care of. However, last Christmas season, I purchased 2 of a rather expensive electronic item for gifts for my grandsons. One stopped working shortly after Christmas. The manufacturer's guarantee was very fleeting, and requested a very large fee (about a third of what I paid for the article.) When I contacted QVC, they said that they no longer carried that item, so could not exchange it for me, and the time limit had run out for a refund. So I was stuck!!! I ended up giving my grandson the money to go buy another one and the broken one is still sitting in my house.

Item prices are usually more expensive, but some items would be a lot more if you had to go to the source. Some items are not available at other places. I love Mrs. Prindables apples, and even with QVC exorbitant shipping, it is cheaper to order from them. I tried to buy local apples to save on shipping, ugh.
If they would lower there shipping charges I would order more. In addition, their items seem to take longer to receive than from other stores.

The product selection is diverse and pricing competitive. The store's online ordering was easy to understand and a breeze to operate. I also received immediate confirmation of my purchase. I would definitively shop there again.

I have shopped at QVC for a few years now. I've only had a few problems and they have been solved through customer service with little hassle. Prices are a bit high sometimes when you figure in the shipping and handling. More sales or coupons would be nice. Overall, I have been happy with most of my purchases from QVC.

I have shopped with QVC since their early days, 20 years ago. During that that time, they have dramatically increased their product lines & offer a huge variety of items. Sadly their pricing has increased quite a bit & their delivery of information has decreased. They do offer a chance to see what's new in trends but I usually show elsewhere for what they offer on television & online.

QVC has everything! I find that their prices are a little high. I found an item I ordered from QVC at another site and it was much lower in price. QVC also has high shipping rates. I never see any coupons for QVC. Coupons would be nice.

QVC is very good with returns, they even credit you for the initial s/h charge. But I do not like that s/h is a flat rate per item instead of possibly combining the cost. You can end up paying $20 in s/h when it costs them much less to ship. QVC customer service is usually very pleasant and helpful. Product selection is superior. And jewelry selection surpasses any jewelry store with very reasonable prices.

I had a problem with an item I purchased. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. They soon forwarded the matter to their QA Department to try to fix any future problems or issues. I love their deals and selections.

Delivery takes longer than I expected. Sometimes, I have had a hard time to searching for an item in the website if I don't know the exact description of the product. I like to see more easy pay option on more products.

I appreciate the convenience of being able to shop online. The prices are fair, but I do wish QVC would offer better incentives, such as deep discount sales or better shipping discounts. I tend to shop here more because of the generous return policy. It allows you to really be sure a product is right.

QVC website has extensive product selection. I love the lunch time special and last clicks. The lunch time special and last click size/color selection might be limited, but the sales price are fantastic! Prices on the whole even without discount are reasonable. QVC provide a wide array of jewelry selection and the quality is consistent.

QVC is the absolute best place to buy anything. I buy all my clothes and jewelry from them. Their customer service is the best in the world bar none. Their clothing fits perfectly and their quality is not to be disputed. I give them a 10 all around.
