HSN.com is a great way to shop. If I'm looking for something specific (I generally know what I'm going there for), I go to the department and click on the area I need. They make the search easy by allowing you to look for newest items, by price, their picks, etc. I highly recomment HSN.com to anyone!

I like to shop the sales on HSN but find by the time you pay shipping on each item, the sale isn't so great. I wish they would go to flat shipping rates or some other way to save customers money on shipping.

I have shopped with HSN since it first began many years ago. If I had all the money I have spent on orders I would be much much richer! Seriously, though, I have called customer service very few times and was always pleased with their response.

I enjoy shopping at HSN.com. I have never had a problem with any of the services including customer service. The few times that I did have a problem it was taken care of in an orderly manner. I have had to send things back a few times because I did not like it after it was received, and I was issued a credit on my next billing cycle. I would recommend HSN.com to any and everyone. Also, the prices are great.

Home Shopping Network was easy to connect to through Mr. Rebates. I was able to select my product and proceed to checkout fast. Their return policy and customer service made this purchase worry free.

I rarely shop anywhere else. HSN's customer service representatives are professional and very nice and helpful. Selection is great, and they have great sales. Newest styles are available.

HSN provides a convenient way to do personal and gift shopping with their competitive prices and product lines spanning the spectrum of offerings found in department and specialty stores-- cookware, crafts, jewelry, clothing, and vitamins, to name a few.
I've been shopping with HSN for about 10 years now with very few returns.
Almost all of my HSN purchases are made through their website because 1. I want to take advantage of the Mr. Rebates program as often as I can and 2. I don't have time to sit through entire televised presentations and 3. Their website is very user friendly. HSN has improved their website immensely over the years. It has grown from a somewhat simple format of products, product descriptions and an order page to an enhanced and user friendly format which includes improvements on the original format with additional features. There have been several enhancements which allow the customer to manage things such as autoship shipping schedules, online bill paying, and the ability to review the items that have been in their on-air shows over the course of the past 24 hours.
HSN fills a need for shopping convenience and quality merchandise for shoppers from all walks of life.

I buy regularly from HSN. Their website is very easy to navigate. They have great clearance sales and offer coupons, incentives, etc. to urge me to buy. I have been a customer since 1999 and have been happy. Their product reviews are one of the best features of their website.

HSN has great sales and coupons, clearance time is a good time to stock up on gifts.
They have very nice sterling silver jewelry, leather and cosmetic lines, again all at good prices.
HSN has very good customer service, they are helpful and friendly and try to resolve any potential problems or simply answer questions quickly.

I just received this item yesterday. Unfortunately they shipped the wrong color. I called Customer Service and got a man that was very helpful. He put in a new order to get the correct color sent to me. The item was a great deal price wise so I hope it comes to me correct this time. I will be sending the one I received yesterday back.
