I purchased cameras from HSN and was very happy with the products. It was difficult to order from their website and trying to communicate with their customer service was terrible. After repeated attempts to order from their website, I was successful in purchasing my camera and was very happy with the results.

My favorite product line from HSN is Italian Bath & Body. Great products that moisturize the skin. My shopping experience with HSN has been a positive one. Products are shipped in a timely fashion.

I have been shopping on HSN for over 5 years. I have purchased like 50 items and never sent back any of them. That says a lot! I love all they have to offer and they really try to give you the best price. Customer for life!

I've been an HSN customer for several years. The ordering process is very easy. I have returned merchandise a few times, not for reasons of poor quality but rather just a change of mind. HSN has always refunded my payments expediently. I appreciate the merchandise ratings featured on HSN's website and find them to be very helpful when making merchandise selections. HSN is ahead of their class in offering this feature given that it could also dissuade buyers from making a purchase.

I love seeing all the jewelry they have. It was very easy to order online! I did have to call the 800 number to find one of the items: I didn't have the item number and it would not come up on the computer under the appropriate description. Then the price was higher than was shown on the TV. The customer service representative was as puzzled as I was. I think they had some programming difficulties, because as I was talking to the customer representative, the price on my computer screen changed to the correct, lower price.

I have ordered from HSN many times and appreciate their easy returns and easy online ordering. Since there is a discount with Mr. Rebates, it makes it even better. There selection is actually pretty good, but you almost have to watch the presentations on TV to get the full effect of many of their products.

I am a new shopper to hsn.com, but I'm glad to have discovered it. Though I shop on-line quite a bit, I'm always hesitant to purchase clothes simply because you obviously can't try them on before you buy. I bit the bullet and went ahead a purchased a dress and I couldn't be more pleased with it!! I'm already looking at other pieces of clothing to buy, and will most definitely be a repeat customer.

Overall, a very good experience with HSN. The products are nice, and if not happy with them, 30 day unconditional return. The only thing Ii do not like is the shipping time seems long compared to products I have ordered from other companies such as QVC.

I've been a shopper on HSN for years. I especially enjoy their Technibond jewelry line and their NFL shops. Great place to get gifts for people. Always try to find a coupon code before ordering anything, if you take a few minutes to look, you can find one and save some money.

They've gotten much better with being sure products are available when limited quantities are available. The 'sorry, item is out of stock' follow ups used to be much more frequent.

HSN offers a very user friendly web site, which is far better than their biggest competitor's. I only wish they offered more "views" on their product descriptions. It would be helpful to see items from other angles. Also, orders cannot be cancelled online--only by phone. A minor inconvenience, but I suppose it is done that way to discourage spur-of-the-moment ordering.
HSN is a great store. Everything I've ordered from them has been of good quality and I've made very few returns. Returns are made easy with UPS labels included, and returns are processed quickly. Overall, a great place to shop.

I really enjoy HSN. I think the storybook knits collection is outstanding and have enjoyed several items. I bout an Olympus camera and found it to be great, especially worth the money with the ShutterFly freebies that came with it.

I have been purchasing from HSN for about five years. For the most part all of my transactions have been smooth. I had a problem once with a customer service person who seemed to be mad at the world but I just requested someone else and they were able to solve the problem. I purchase from HSN about once a month.

The shipping is getting too expensive. Some customer service representatives need more training and have more compassion with the customers. The sales are EXCELLENT !!!!!
