I'm totally hooked on HSN, I love the ease of shopping with HSN, I know they keep my personal information safe, I love the Designers like Antthony and Diane Gilman and Suzanne Somers, I love the flex pay option they have, if not for it I wouldn't be able to purchase Desiger Fashions, Their return policy is more than fair, their customer service is top notch, The hosts for the most part are great, I've never had a bad experience with any purchase I've made in the last 5 years, keep up the good works!!!!!

Overall, this is a good store. When the product is defective, it is easy to get a replacement. Customer response is good. I mostly purchase jewelry and the selection and pricing is medium (not to pricy or not to cheap). I like the clearance items and often I get a good deal.

I love shopping at HSN. Their online store is just so great! The clearance department is out of this world! You can find mostly anything and everything you want and the customer service is the best. Whenever I had a problem, they always have been able to take care of it right away. Love HSN!

I use this website all the time! They have great products and routinely have great sale/clearance pricing and other deals. They offer coupons every now and then as well. HSN.com is a great place to find products that you would not find locally. I recommend this site.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with my purchases from HSN over the years. They offer great values and easy payment options. The shipping seems a little slower than some similar companies. The only downside is that I have had orders cancelled/backordered several times which can be very disappointing when you are expecting something. The only thing I'd like them to do more is offer discounts for existing customers occasionally, not just new customers. Although, sometimes, if you haven't shopped with them in awhile, they will send you a coupon to bring you back.

I have been shopping with HSN for years. The shipping is fast.The quality and selection of the products are unbeatable.The best part of shopping at HSN is the 30 days price guarantee. If I buy an item and it goes on sale within 30 days, HSN will refund the difference! Thanks HSN.

In the many years that I have shopped with HSN, the overall experience has improved tremendously; the web site is easy to navigate, shipping is fast and costumer service is very helpful. Pricing is mostly fair. One area that needs improvement is the telephone automated ordering. The sequence of required information and mixture of voice and keypad inputs does not inform the costumer of the available inventory (size and colors) and does not allow for placing the order in a discreet fashion (key pad only).

I have been a HSN customer for a few years. I have purchased many quaility products but when I've had a problem HSN was always responsive to my complaints or returns. The HSN emailed newsletters sometimes brings discounts or specials. I am going to be an HSN shopper for a long time!

Found HSN prices to be overall competitive with other buying sites. I also found their sizing availability to be generous, meaning that they offer a large variety of sizes from clothing to shoes etc. Generally their customer service seems to be adequate, but found that not all service people are familiar with all their products for sale.

I find that the shipping charges are a bit high, especially when you order a number of things on the same order; you are charged standard shipping on each item. It does get a bit pricey. The merchandise is varied and sometimes novel. The more popular items are sometimes out of stock in the color or size I want. But, I do shop regularly for things I need or are unusual.
