HSN.com is a site I go to quite often to find a great selection of cosmetics and items for the home too. Selection is great, and I appreciate the sale and event prices as well. Love it when they feature a game to play on their site with a good chance to win coupons. Also watch quite often on TV. Thanks HSN!

I shop at HSN quite often and have been very satisfied with the majority of my purchases. When I wasn't, it was easy to return the item and get full credit within the 30 day trial period. The newly updated Web site is easy to use and provides everything I need to know about a product either in print or with videos.

I bought a few things from HSN, but always find lower prices elsewhere after purchasing. But customer service and selection is great. I just do more price comparison now before I commit to buying something from HSN.

My experiece with HSN has been wonderful, thanks to Mr.Rebates and your generous Rebate Program I love more than any other. Everytime I've clicked thru from Mr.Rebates to HSN & shop, the process is so very easy & I always receive my order in only 2-3 days at the most, which is outstanding. Of the few items I wanted that were out of stock, they have always been restocked in much less allotted time of 45 days. I will continue to shop with HSN for many years to come. Thank you Mr.Rebates & HSN!!

Shipping & handling charges are higher than others. With the exception of clothing, there is not information as to over all size and weight. It would also be helpful, in checking for recalls, if the country of origin was shown. Otherwise, items ship in reasonable amount of time and it is easy to track delivery times.

HSN has a great variety of products. They have good sales and super clearance prices. You can't beat their flex pay to purchase something with small monthly payments and not interest. I love their Absolute jewelry.

This company is really bad about putting a "hold" on people's accounts with no warning or explanation. I always bought from them, always paid them and now suddenly I cannot. Very upsetting and puzzled. I will just keep shopping at other home shopping networks and leave this place alone. I would not recommend.
