HSN is the greatest. It is a pleasure for me to order from them. The convenience, prices and selections are wonderful. My experience with them has always been so customer oriented. It is very easy to exchange a product or get a refund.

HSN.com has more items than are shown on TV. The checkout process is very easy, especially once you have an account. They have great sales and very good customer service.

HSN has great customer service. They are also hassle free with easy returns and exchanges. I wish HSN had more online coupons for returning customers and not just new customers. I have shopped here for over 10 years, and will continue to do so. I just love serious skin care products.

I've been ordering from HSN over 16 years & have been very satisfied with most of my purchases. Customer service is always willing to work with you if there ever is a problem.I like the flex pays they have because it makes it so much easier to be able to order & spread out your payments.
Their combined shipping on some of their products help you save money on shipping.
Anyone that orders from HSN will never regret the decision they made.

It is easy to order from HSN and the prices can be very good. I think the shipping prices take the fun out of it. There are sometimes shipping specials and I try to wait for them. The Today's Specials are often good. I love the Perlier line, and I bought cookware that is great.

I love when they have items on sale. They are then extremely well priced, only trouble is they sell out so fast. I have a long wish list, that I check a few times a day.
Delivery is always fast with HSN, compared to their major competitor.
I also love that I can read the ratings of others.

I am a fairly new shopper to HSN. I purchased those fabulous Huggable Hangers, and I keep going back for more. Each time I order, I explore more and more of this fabulous site. HSN seems to have everything you could possibly want or need. The site is easy to use and orders can be quickly placed.

I buy mostly online and I find shopping at HSN is a wonderful experience. They now have made it much easier to return anything that does not meet with one's approval. So shopping with them is a no risk situation. They also have a 30 day money back guarantee if one doesn't like the product. I shop with them all the time and am very pleased.

I never miss a Today's Special! HSN prices are very good, and I like the flex pay options. Returns are easy to make, if needed, and quickly credited to my account. I will continue to shop with HSN!

HSN is the only place to find some products I love but at times their customer service has treated me terribly. It is fine to shop here if there are no problems. I wish their .com checkout process and order status had more options as other TV shopping channels do. The quality of the products I've received has been high.

I have been buying from HSN for over 3 years. Most all my purchases have been apparel or jewelry. It is very easy to order online. If an item sells out according to the television program, just watch online and most times it becomes available. Returning an item has not been difficult and my account has always been credited. The few times I have had to call customer service, the personnel have always been very polite, helpful, and eager to help resolve the problem.

I order from hsn very often- at least 4 times a month. If you order online you are able to pick up some real bargains. I have had an excellent response to a problem every time I talk to anyone. I have been very pleased with the speed at which problems are handled.

HSN has wonderful customer service, great sales, and flex pay options for purchases. They ship your orders quickly so that you generally have them in a few days. I turned my nose up at HSN for the longest time, but I must say my recent apparel and accessory purchases have been wonderful and the products have shipped very quickly.
My 5 for customer service is because I contacted them twice, online, with questions, and each time I quickly got a computer-generated response saying something like, "You got our attention, you'll hear from us within 24 hours." The second time they did respond. I'm still waiting for that further reply to the first inquiry.
That said, I'll certainly order from them again.

Joy Mangano's huggable hangers & Andrew Lessman's vitamin products are staples in our household. Navigation of the site is easy and checkout is not complicated.

I am very impressed with the new hosts and vendors. Their presentations are much better than they used to be. Also, the many sets for different programs make it very pleasant and realistic to watch.
