This is a great place to shop but to be honest with you their shipping rates are high when you have to pay for s & h on a per item basis. That is why I gave their pricing a 7 out of 10. Their customer service is usually very helpful. I get many items here that are not available in stores. Their quality is usually very good.

Overall, a good site for value & product selection. Shipping was a bit slower than other internet shopping sites however. They also do not offer reduced s/h for multiple purchases in the same order.

I love HSN. I would recommend to anyone to give them a try. It is easy to order items. They are shipped quickly. You always seem to get a bargain. One of the reasons I shop so much on HSN is their return policy. You have at least 30 days to return an item and it doesn't matter how much you have used it. If you simply change your mind it can be returned. I shop HSN every week.

I like the fashions on HSN. They offer some very nice styles and the prices are great. I am especially fond of the Suzanne Somers and Terry Lewis items. I always get lots of compliments on them! I would recommend HSN fashions to women who like fashion at a discount price.

I have been very pleased with most items I have ordered. When I haven't been pleased, the HSN return policy is simple, painless and very fast to credit your card. I wish all retailers made shopping and returning this darn easy!

I think they have good customer service and stand behind their products. The pricing is good most of the time and returns are taken care of in a timely manner. I find HSN to be an overall good company to deal with but would like to have more coupons in the future.

Overall I like their fashion and accessories, not their jewelry. Price is pretty good but I don't like the S&H charges and that I have to pay tax when I don't with some other shopping networks.

Overall this store isn't bad. I have always received the merchandise in a timely manner and when you purchase two items from the same category they reduce their shipping charge. I would like a better selection of items to choose from though.

The ease of ordering with HSN is great. I do all my ordering online. I have never had to use their customer service before, so I cannot comment on that. I shopped the end of year clearance at HSN and got some great deals.

Great, fast service! I had my product within two days of ordering (and I did not pay for express delivery). Everything was as advertised. There were clear and easy instructions for returning, should I wish to do so.

Overall, HSN is a very pleasant shopping experience. They have "quick buy" so that if you are in a hurry, you can one-click order -- very time efficient. Any time that I have needed to return an item or use customer service, they have been very accommodating. I have shopped at HSN for a long while and will continue to do so.
