I have only ordered here once, but was quite pleased. My item qualified for free shipping and finding coupons for this site online was easy. The item was received promptly in great condition. I also like the no-fee installment payment plan. For higher priced items, this is a great motivator to buy here. I was pleased and plan to shop here again.

Great deals, quality and selection! I love that you are always backed by their 30-day return policy. This is one-stop shopping for almost every need. I have bought everything from skincare/bath & body, to cookware/electronics, my bedding/home decor, clothes/handbags/shoes. . .even a litter box for my cat!! You will find the most unique and useful gifts here as well! For example, I would have never expected to give hangers away as a gift before, but WOW, what an awesome response I got from the recipients!! A very fun place to shop!!

Their website is easy to navigate. When they have a sale, it's really a sale, as compared to other shopping networks. Coupons make their sales even better buys. On occasion, when inferior quality products were received, customer service was polite and responsive to deal with the problem. I believe some of the more popular products are overpriced.

On Sept 1 when I went to purchase this item it has free shipping so I decided to order 10 minutes later after I finish a phone call, when I did the free shipping was gone. I called customer service and they couldn’t do anything about it. I had to pay 8.95 shipping. I have been shipping with HSN for at least 15 years now and never had a problem.

I've been very pleased with HSN shopping especially on the internet. Sometimes, delivery is slow especially if sent USPS instead of UPS. There are no hassles if something needs to be returned.

This was my first transaction with HSN and the website was very easy to use. I knew what I was looking for so I went straight to the products I was looking for with no problems. The price was even better that what I was expecting so all in all it was a very good transaction.

Merchandise is shipped and received very quickly--faster than any other buying service I have used! Also, when HSN's merchandise is reduced, it's at much more savings than at QVC. I wish HSN would get rid of Adrienne and start selling better makeup.

The GREAT customer service they have makes the entire experience pleasant. I love the easy returns via UPS as it makes it very easy for me. I wish other stores would do that. Products in general are a hit and miss. Some are just fabulous lines, others are poor quality. It’s a 60-40 mix with higher quality items winning out.
