HSN is my favorite of the three major shopping channels. Their selection is very broad, and their sales and discounts are the best in the television sales industry! I've also had some very favorable experiences with their customer service department, as the representatives can be helpful, forthcoming, and gracious.

HSN is a favorite of mine. Their products are fine quality at excellent prices. Being able to see the item live, prevents a lot of surprises that I have experienced with catalog shopping. Getting a rebate through Mr. Rebates is just icing on the cake!!

I was thrilled to find HSN added to the list of stores on Mr. Rebates. I use this site a lot. The cash back offered is a bonus to a great variety of items. Shipping is fast and very reliable. A terrific site to use anyway but even better when you earn cash back. Item descriptions are very good and they even include reviews from previous customers. They include the positive and negative reviews so you can decide for yourself.

I am very satisfied with the overall service at HSN. They have always been very helpful when calling about a problem and a resolution is always agreed upon. I find if satisfying that there are never any questions asked when returning an item no matter what the reason might be.

I have been very pleased with my shopping experiences with HSN. Customer Service has always been very helpful when a problem has occurred. I will most likely continue to shop with them. They have a large selection and variety of products to choose from.

HSN has greatly improved in all areas over the past 10 or so years. Their on-air presentations are not nearly as annoying as they were years ago and their online selections are excellent. They, and their sister-station America's Store, frequently update their Clearance sections and also offer a lot of Free Shipping and Half Price shipping. Many name brand products are at decent prices.

I think customer service has improved over the years; however, there are times when 30 days isn't enough. QVC will take care of you after the 30 days with no questions asked! The wait on the phone in customer service is sometimes very long. Show hosts have also improved.

The drapes and throw blanket I ordered arrived quickly. I was a little nervous when ordering them because the price was so low but when they arrived the quality was better than expected! An extra bonus with my purchase was HSN gave me an additional 20% coupon! Can’t beat the price and quality!

I order from HSN over 30 times, from food to beauty products to exercise equipments. The shipping costs can be outrageous sometimes, but overall a great vendor! Customer service is very helpful. The 30-day unconditional money back is wonderful!

I have had a very favorable experience with the HSN shopping network. They carry a large variety of merchandise at very reasonable prices. I especially appreciate the fact that their website carries customer reviews on most items. I have found these reviews valuable in making my purchasing decisions. The buyer is always afforded a 30-day window to return merchandise and I have never experienced a problem when doing so.

I Love HSN. When they have clearance sales they are the best you can find. You get very high quality products for a fraction of the original price. The web site is easy to use, the layout is great. If a product is sold out or about to sell out they let you know right away. If you have a problem or a question they are quick to help you any way they can. They never hassle you about a return as long as you return it within 30 days. When they have reduced or free shipping on products you save even more. I love to go bargain shopping at HSN.com!
