On HSN, you can find terrific bargains if you wait and if you check often. There is also A LOT of fun merchandise, of decent quality. I buy most of my clothes there for the last couple years, and I get compliments all the time. My favorite brands there are Carolyn Strauss, Slinky Brand (these two make terrific clothes of slinky fabric, great for work, travel, going out - anything), Randolph Duke (classy clothes), Terry Lewis (leather jackets and faux fur), Maggie Sweet (jackets in my hard-to-find plus size petite size), and Bellini shoes. I also got some jewelry, handbags and stuff for home from HSN.
Return policy allows for return within 30 days. Customer service is usually pretty decent.

I would definitely buy again from this store. It is the best place to get add-ons for Skype phone. Also the optical mouse I bought was the best price on the web. Super fast shipping, got my stuff in no time.

HSN has improved greatly over the years. Their customer service is great, and they offer many customer incentives to shop there, such as discounted or free shipping on certain items, extended returns during the holidays, and 30 day price adjustments if an item drops in price. Their prices are average by the time you factor in shipping, but the ease of shopping often makes up for that, and if you watch items in the clearance section, you can often get some amazing deals. I buy a lot of items from HSN, and I have returned several as well, but they credit returns promptly or exchange the item...whichever you prefer. I think overall, HSN is a top-notch company.

I've been a HSN shopper for over a decade and can honestly say I've had very few disappointments and returns. They have been helpful in anyway possible to ensure the customer walks away satisfied. They will always be my #1 online store. Keep the good work up!

Thank you HSN for all your great products and prices. I especially like when you have free shipping and customer appreciation days. Your customer service department is great. I very rarely need to contact customer service, but when I do, I have been very satisfied with how I was treated.

Shipping and handling was very expensive. I bought the item on clearance. S&H was half of price of item. Way too high. Then they later offered free S&H but not for clearance items.

I bought several items for Customer Appreciation Day. Free shipping on "Customer Picks" (rated at least 4 stars out of 5 by previous customers). I bought some items I had been looking at for a while, some I wanted to try, and some on sale. I think I saved about $50 in shipping costs alone! HSN has a great selection and variety of merchandise, and fast shipping. Can't wait to get my items, and can't wait to shop again at HSN!

HSN is pulling ahead of the TV shopping competition with specials such as their free shipping on Customer Picks days, overall customer service and attentiveness, etc. It seems that they are really listening to customer feedback, and making changes in the right direction. Though not unusual for vendors to change shopping network loyalty, it also seems more are leaving the others to join HSN, than the other way around.
I don't know how they are with returns - I've never had to return anything to them! (Wish I could say the same for other!) Other dealings with Customer Service in terms of changing shipping options, etc. has been ideal - you get the sense they really DO want to help, which is quite refreshing!

I have ordered from HSN many times. Items are shipped out promptly. Shipping seems high at times as each item except in jewelry is shipped out separately. Watch for coupons through Mr. Rebates and special offers given to their credit card holders.

I like this site, they have the best clearance sales, if you check often and your size is in stock--just have to be lucky, I guess! Shipping is pretty fast, customer service is great, only problem I have is that they need to do better updating for what is sold out. You can click on a page, see an item, click on it and its "sold out". Very frustrating if you are looking through hundreds of lower priced clearance items! One more feature I like--you can narrow down your search by size (especially helpful for rings and apparel) and price.
