I've bought a few shower heads from Overstock.com. They are one of the best places if you have to buy stuff for your home. You can usually find the same things in Home Depot at Overstock.com. Obviously their shipping of $2.95 is a real bargain. I've definitely shop from here again.

This was my first time purchasing at Overstock.com. I bought a wallet and they sent me the wrong one. They issued me a 25 dollar credit and sent me another wallet. The second wallet was the wrong one as well. I sent it back for a full refund. I was not happy about this, but their customer service was very helpful.

I have shopped at O for a few years not (thanks to Mr. Rebates) but I've noticed that it is sometimes hard to deal with customer service. I've had the occassion to need help 2 times in the last 2 weeks and both interactions have been very bad.

They have just given canned answers and pushed me off which felt like a fly being brushed off. Their response time has been slow and frustrating.

You can find almost anything at Overstock.com. To me, they're like the eBay of online retailing. My only problem with them is their use of "today's price" on all their items. It makes me think that the price might be different tomorrow or is different than what it was yesterday, which makes me question when to purchase. Do I buy now, or wait and see if the price drops? Their shipping charges used to fluctuate a bit, too. Of course, their shipping is incredibly inexpensive even at the highest that I've seen.

I find that I check Overstock when I am looking for an unusual item. They have a great selection of hard to find items.

I also check them when I want a Tiffany style lamp. You can't beat the selection or price.

I have ordered from Overstock several times and have yet to encounter a problem. Fairly fast shipping other than for items shipped media rate.

I will continue to shop with Overstock in the future.

Overstock is a good place to check out prices for items or if you're looking for something specific but don't care about what brand the item is. The descriptions could be a little better, for instance I bought a cat condo which was a great price and turned out to be a great purchase, but the item did not say that it needed to be assembled after delivery. This would not have kept me from buying it, but it would have been nice to know. Shipping is super cheap and the items come in quickly. Great site for cheap last minute gifts.

I have purchased everything from a living room couch to a PDA stylus from this website over the last 5 years. I have never been disappointed and have never paid over $3 for shipping. Yes, that includes the couch! This store is fun to watch for the ever-changing selection and pricing. I would recommend that if you see something at a great price here, don't wait! Sometimes it goes up, not down! Mind the product reviews given on the website, they are usually accurate. Happy Shopping!

I've bought several items from Overstock, and all were packed well and shipped quickly. I usually wait for their free shipping days, but truthfully the usual fee is low indeed. My only quibble is the restocking fee in case of returns. I don't know if they apply it to everything, but it is applicable on lamps, so I make sure I absolutely want something before I buy. But other than that, it's A-OK.

I have purchased from the store multiple times over the years. Always a great value for the money, usually much much cheaper than anywhere else you can find the items. Shipping is NEVER more then 2.95 which who can beat that?! I have never had any problems with my orders, and they usually arrive very quickly. Overstock is highly recommended!

One of the monitors at my business went out and I did not want to spend a lot of money. I looked online at Overstock.com and found a refurb for under $100. The flat screen has worked out great and I will use the same site for any future computer purchases. I like their low shipping cost, usually $2.95 for unlimited weight.

I've purchased a number of things from Overstock since buying a new house, and overall have been very pleased. The $2.98 shipping is extremely reasonable, but there are frequent offers of $1.00 or even free shipping, as well as other special offers which I receive via email. For the most part, prices are very good, although I found their silk plants to be on the high side, as are a couple of other items .It pays to shop around, although the low S&H here can offset a higher price. Delivery is usually very fast. On the whole, a very pleasant shopping experience.

Purchased a Spotbot that works great. Item came a day earlier than expected. Took me a couple emails, but they really do give you the price difference if you find your product elsewhere for less. (when that option is available of course)

I've made a number of purchases from Overstock.com and I've learned what it's worth it to purchase from them, and what to pass on. Books are a definite plus even though they don't qualify for free shipping -- but shipping costs are reasonable. I've found jewelry and watches to be of lesser quality, though I must add that I wasn't buying high end items. Do use a bit of a jaded eye when they tell you what the full price was on an item since, in my experience, they tend to inflate them by a couple bucks. In spite of these things, I always check Overstock.com when I'm shopping. They don't always have what I want -- remember they're an overstock place so they may not always have the item or brand you want -- but it's always worth the time to check.

Great items to choose from, if they are in stock. I put a few things in my cart, but when it came time to check out they were sold out. Return policy not so great if you bought a gift, but it worked out. The prices are great and the quality was good!

Overstock has the coolest selection of items. I have found that even if they are running low on the items that I am able to purchase what I want. I have also found that they have items I didn't know I needed. When I purchase those items, typically scrapbooking items, I am so pleased.
