My order was to be shipped U. S. Parcel Post. No one in my rural area has Post Office mail service to the house. I have a P. O. Box. My order was rejected because my address was not a street address (the Post Office would send back this order if it arrive with a street address). Online Customer Service was not at all helpful. I called Customer Service and could not even opt for UPS delivery by offering to pay the shipping cost. My situation and that of the other 30,000 people where I live precluded ordering the Memory Foam Topper from Overstock.com. I finally squeezed my P. O. Box number on the same line with my physical address. Hopefully, I will receive my order.

Overstock,com is definitely the place to shop if you are a bargain hunter. You are sure to find something that peaks your interest at the bargain prices they offer. I have purchased various items at this site, and on top of the great prices, the customer service is superior.

Overstock has a great selection of discounted items. The prices are usually pretty good. At times one can find cheaper prices elsewhere but often you can find a real steal!

My favorite features are the low shipping costs and helpful customer reviews. The wide range of items offered is pretty amazing, so I always find what I need. I especially enjoy items from the Worldstock collection, many of which are very unusual.

The most customer friendly retail website I have used on the internet.
When I needed customer service, a short phone call got me immediate action confirmed by a prompt email message.
The product arrived within forty-eight hours from the time I placed the order and that was for the bargain one-dollar shipping charge.

I sometimes receive items that are damaged or have some severe shelf wear. Also, the coupon links don't always work well. The last 12% coupon (which stated wasn't for new customers) didn't work, the site only gave me a 10% discount.

I really enjoy shopping at Overstock.com. They have high quality products at really reduced prices. The shipping is so cheap that it's cheaper to shop online rather than use gas to shop at a retail store. This is one of my favorite shopping sites. You get the best deals on great products!

I bought from Overstock several times, their leather and feather stuffs are very poor quality, I certainly won't buy again. Their sheet sets are okay, worth the money. CDs and books are OK. I do suspect a lot of brands they carry are fake.

Items were sent quickly & received in great shape. Overstock.com has great pricing, and items are of great quality. I love this site, especially around Christmas time. Layout of site is very easy to use, and merchant posts quickly to Mr. Rebates.

Their terms of offering discounts is very well hidden and confusing. Customer service does get back to you in a reasonable amount of time, however. There prices are good but it seems to take a long time before something gets shipped.

I do like Overstock.com. I do not like their return policies and often it is more cost effective to keep the item. I really like the product reviews. They have the BEST Egyptian cotton sheets at a great price!

I am extremely pleased to do business with the Overstock site. Their site is easy to navigate and place an order. Their low shipping is outstanding! I have found this site to be very addicting. Overstock's customer service was very helpful resolving an issue because the product shipped was not as advertised and ordered. The website offers excellent search features and easy sorting of results. Overall, I have found Overstock.com to be very price competitive with excellent communication and fast secure shipping.
