Overstock offers an odd selection and if they have what you are looking for you might get a good deal. I have ordered various items from them and for the most part have been pleased with what I received. I recommend the category Worldstock for people looking for unusual items because the inventory is eclectic and always changing as are the countries represented. My one complaint is about their "cancellation" procedure; as stated on the website you need to contact customer service which I did online. The customer service rep was very polite and took down all the information only to tell me at the end of our e-chat that the way the ordering process works at Overstock is that once the order is placed it is immediately sent to the warehouse for processing. In other words, there is no possibility of them intercepting and "cancelling" an order once it is placed. If I understood the representative correctly, they should change the wording on their website to reflect that so that customers do not waste their time trying to cancel an order once it is placed online.

I can't say enough good things about Overstock. The selection is great, the prices are low, and the checkout process is effortless. They offer a very affordable flat rate shipping (sometimes it goes as low as $1.00). My items usually arrive within three days of my order being processed.

I've had good experiences with Overstock on all of the orders that I have placed through them. I gave the product selection a 7 because they are an outlet store so their selection is limited sometimes but all in all I do like shopping with Overstock.
