Overstock is a good place to go if you're looking for something unusual or luxurious. They have some pretty good prices, and the shipping price is very excellent. The shipping time is also very good.

I have ordered dozens of items from Overstock.com over the past several months and I am continually blown away by the savings, service, and availability of items. I currently am a Club O member, so I save 5%, then I get another 5% back thanks to Mr>Rebates. With 3 children, I am using my accrued rebates to save for Christmas and the best part is... it's free money!

The merchandise changes quickly, so if you see something you need or want - order it immediately, as it may not be there the next time you go to the site. The pricing has been reasonable and shipping has been cheap and quick. I have placed many orders over the years with Overstock, and have found the items to be very good quality. Many were better quality than I expected, based on the price!

I would like to see their software updated to indicate coupons in customer’s account and to accommodate refund certificates from the Overstock Chase Visa promoted on the site.

The prices are good at Overstock.com and the shipping is fast, but I'm not very happy with their return policy. They charge a $5.00 per item fee that is deducted from your return. Also, if you initially used a coupon, they do not give a full cash refund but instead will issue a store credit in the amount of the coupon. Make sure you really want the item before you order it as you will lose money on returns.

I have bought a few things from Overstock and the transactions have gone well. But I don't think the selection is very good as I rarely find what I'm looking for. I continue to check though as they do have some good bargains.
It can't hurt to try.

As they receive new products the prices are not that great, but if you are able to wait a month or so, the prices would go down. For example, I bought a D&G scarf for $25, which is really cheap. Also, this site is constantly running promotions. So, check for coupons often.

Overstock is a pretty unique store. They have a lot of different products, some of them at steep discounts. Their flat shipping rates are very low. When I had a problem with an order, their customer service was superb, much better than I had expected. Their checkout process could improve a bit, but other than that Overstock is a great shopping experience!

I've been able to order easily and the customer service is excellent in resolving problems.
So far I've ordered videos, CDs, and books. Very often the prices for even the newest releases are lower than Amazon and Barnes and Noble. There should be a wish list, though, as there is on the other sites. Otherwise, I am highly satisfied with Overstock!

I have shopped a few times with Overstock, and I will again in the future. The last time I placed an order, I had trouble with the coupon working at check-out, so I tried the online real-time help -- basically like chat. I spent a good 15 minutes trying to get them to help me. They didn't know what they were doing. It was such a waste of time! But then I called customer service, and the person on the phone was wonderful and was able to straighten out the coupon problems. Even better, they did not act like it was a problem to help me and apologized for the problems with the online help.
Also, I have had trouble with a product listed as being available that wasn't -- and being disappointed about not being able to get something I wanted, but the prices are great and I have liked everything I've purchased.

Overstock sells clothes, shoes, accessories, books, movies, housewares. In other words, a little bit of everything. They have great closeout prices so if you spend a little time searching you can find huge bargains. Shipping is very cheap and they frequently send out coupons, making the deals even better.

I love Overstock! They have a little bit of everything, from clothes and shoes to housewares and books, and all at great prices. If you join Club O you also get an extra discount and reduced shipping on every order. I've found lots of great deals here.

Recently, I ordered a few textbooks for my college classes. The prices are competitive with other online retailers. The 10 percent off coupon for new customers provided additional savings. The one dollar shipping promotion is also a nice perk. Since the transaction went smoothly, I didn't need to use the customer service; I will buy from Overstock in the future.

This experience with Overstock has been good so far. I have had problems in the past with getting Customer Service to understand my problem and get it resolved. I had ordered 2 of the same item and only received 1. The Customer Service Representative kept telling me to wait to see if the 2nd item showed up. They could not verify whether their Shipping Department sent both in the same package. This was a Christmas gift and there wasn't time for the "wait and see" process.
