Ordering was easy as was checkout. This site has a vast variety of items, however they sell-out very fast I don't find that their prices are that low, some items are cheaper on other sites. I didn't get a shipping confirmation for 4 days. By the time my item comes (a keyboard) it'll have been over a week since I placed the order.

I have been ordering from Overstock from the beginning. They have the best prices and nobody beats their shipping fee. They have the best selection of books and DVD’s (that is what I mostly order). They are better and cheaper than Amazon.com.

Good experience on several purchases. Pricing is excellent. The only difficulty is making a change to an order; once it is 'in the system' no changes can be made.

I would like to see customer's be able to add their comments about products, such as the "fit" of clothes and other opinions. Overstock is a fabulous place to shop. Generous with sale pricing, even further discounts and coupons, shipping and return policy.

If you can find what you want, their prices are great. Combine their already low prices with Mr. Rebates coupons and rebate and the prices are hard to beat. Delivery time if OK. Product quality is excellent.

I love Overstock.com but they need to fix their checkout system. When you are an Overstock club o member it gets confused when you want to use a coupon to save even more money.
Many great items but it is a hit and miss site you never know what you might find. A bit like a yard sale event. Always fun and interesting. Everything I have ordered has been very nice quality. They also have product reviews from customers and that is very helpful when buying online.
Customer service is nice but they rarely have anymore information about a product other than what you can simply read online in the item description.
Still worth browsing the site from time to time. Some great prices if the timing is right.

I had a problem with my order and customer service was very helpful and pleasant. They resolved the problem immediately. The selection is quite good, but there are items they don't seem to carry. The prices on the items I checked were very good and the quality was high.

Overall, a great experience with my purchased. My iPod nano was great value compare to department store. It looks brand new. I have not had a problem with it yet. Shipping was fast – an added bonus.

Overstock.com has an excellent selection on jackets for men. The jacket arrived in a timely fashion and was nicer than anticipated. The price reflected an unbelievable discount. We are very satisfied with our purchase and plan to do some of our holiday shopping with Overstock.

I used the "Chat" function. It isn't as fast as speaking directly with a person but it is a good service. I was frustrated because my order was determined to be "undeliverable" by FedEx but no one could tell me why. Then it was necessary for me to replace my order.

They did not offer all the advanced placement books my daughter wanted. Although the ease of selection was there for her math book, I was disappointed in the lack of selection. Otherwise, the site was easy to navigate. Shipping costs were reasonable. Overall, a good experience.
