My order was shipped quickly but part of it was wrong. I contacted them and they were great in correcting the mistake. I didn't have to do anything but print a return label and put it on the package. My postman picked it up and a replacement was sent to me UPS within a couple of days. I love ordering from Overstock. Great products!

My first order with Overstock.com needed to be returned - the duvet cover wasn't the size that was listed on the website. I called them, they sent a return postage paid mailing label, and I had my refund in no time. When I placed my next order, I was shocked to see they had given my account a rather nice credit for my inconvenience!
Since then, I have placed several orders, and all have been keepers. Their prices are great, service and customer service terrific.

A pleasant experience with great ease in the ordering process. The shipping prices are excellent even with big ticket items and the deliveries are very timely, normally 3 business days. The selection is not the always the best, but I normally check overstock first before going to other websites.

There were 2 coupon links that were both within time frame before the expiration date. One coupon was for 12% off and the other 15% off neither one of the links worked on their site. Both links which promised money off purchases were useless for Overstock.com.

The book prices are great. Orders are shipped quickly. Selection is not as good as other places but as I said earlier prices are great, plus you get a 5% overstock discount. You should always check overstock first for books.

After searching several web sites, I found the best price for a book that I wanted on Overstock. They offer very low shipping and handling fees for books. I also like their comparison to Amazon prices and their best price guarantee.

I ordered the most beautiful Tiffany Style Lamp from Overstock. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase!! The price was better than ANYWHERE else I have shopped for this type of item. It shipped fast and was well packaged - no breakage. I will definitely order from Overstock again!!

I am always pleased when shopping on Overstock.com. The prices are great and I am able to find deals that no where else can offer. I especially like the rebates and coupons available at Overstock.com when shopping through Mr. Rebates. Their prices are great. They deliver fast, and they have inexpensive shipping and handling cost specials that keep the overall price of the item down. I have never had to return an item because they have all been great. I have purchased bedding, handbags wallets watches and videos from Overstock. I enjoy shopping with Overstock and I plan to continue.
