I have made several purchases from Overstock.com and have always had a positive experience. The prices are always much less than would pay else where and the low shipping is a definite added plus! I have never been disappointed with any purchase. Delivery is always quicker than expected. I have recommended this site to all my friends.

Cheap shipping (or sometimes free shipping with a coupon) is the first reason I shop at Overstock.com. They have good selection of children’s books and videos that are also lot cheaper if you know what you are looking for. I buy all sorts of things from this store and I'm almost always satisfied. One thing I did not like was that often the merchandise do not come with labels that describes what I bought. For example, I bought a hypoallergenic pillow from them but ended up returning it because the pillow was shipped in a plastic bag and had no indication of that feature (hypoallergenic) advertised.

Overall a good store! The only problem is slow shipping and a bad shipping department. I had a few different orders lost and not packed correctly. However, after weeks, I did get a refund. You can't beat the prices that they offer and the coupon codes they accept.

Overstock is a fun website as their items change frequently and you never know what you might find. The prices are incredible & I usually find some type of coupon code to use as well. Also a great place to purchase DVD’s and books at lower prices than just about anywhere else.
Ordering is simple & customer service is adequate. I've never had to return any items, so I'm not sure how that would go if the situation arose. I've always been satisfied with my purchases though & will continue using this website. Recommended!

The site is easy to navigate and to find the products you are interested in. I found 4 DVDs that I wanted, and this had the best price overall. The fixed rate shipping also is very nice, especially if you are buying several items. It seems that you can find several coupons for this site to also help cut the cost of items. I would recommend this site to my friends and family.

I shop online frequently and have never had a problem with Overstock.com. My experience with customer service was exceptional. I had difficulty submitting a coupon code and the Customer Service Representative credited the amount of the discount immediately while I was on the phone with her. It appeared in the checkout window before I completed my order.

I've been happy with most prices but you have to do some comparison shopping as not all items are the lowest online. I always use coupons etc. for lower prices and the shipping rate of $2.95 (or less) is my favorite aspect of Overstock.com. I've had horrible experiences with customer service and have felt extremely frustrated because often mistakes that are clearly Overstock's responsiblity, have cost me $$. I also have had bad experiences with using coupons as they are activated by clicking thru to the site via the coupon offer and often a coupon won't post and has even dissapeared from my cart right after submitting payment!! Shop carefully and don't put through any orders not completely correct as Overstock usually won't take care of any of their mistakes after an order is placed. They offer $ back if not the lowest price but all rules must apply. I just found out that the $5 they credited me for discovering an item I purchased went down in price (on their site) the following day, was not returned to my cart after an item I ordered was lost in shipment and 2 months later order was cancelled (I no longer needed the item) Well my $5 credit unused was never returned to my cart. I'll see if they are willing to return it or if they do what they often do and just shine it on.

The overall experience was very good. Most products seem to mostly be high end merchandise with higher prices but I was able to find what I wanted at a price that was affordable. Shipping was very reasonable.

I have bought many items from Overstock. The prices are pretty good but the selection is hit or miss. I did have a service issue on one item and they took care of it fast and easily for me. Good prices on books. I like them.

Overstock has a very wide variety of products, from clothing to electronics. They offer one of the largest selections of premium denim, although the prices are only mediocre. Their shipping is only $2.95, but they charge you $5.00 for EACH item you return. They also give you store credit for another small portion of your refund. You also have to email customer service to obtain a RMA #, so returns are a hassle. They do carry many products that you can't get elsewhere at a discount. Their music selection is wonderful. Unless you have to make a return, Overstock is great!

I've purchased many items from overstock.com from baby's clothes to jewelry, always got good deals, low shipping costs and good customer service. Highly recommend! But watch the bargains, they go away fast.

I love shopping at Overstock! Everything I've ordered has been great -- DVDs, jewelry, books, and other random products. Overstock is a good bet for great prices, especially on brand name products that are sold at higher prices on Amazon. The shipping costs are remarkably low, and shipping is usually quick! The selection is always changing, but if you can find what you're looking for, Overstock will probably have the best price.
