I've been shopping with JCPenney for years. They have great products at great prices! Their products are high quality and you know you are getting a good item. They also have great sales and you can always get a hold of a killer coupon code! Always remember to look for a coupon code before you checkout at JCPenney because you can always save on your shipping or at least 20% to 30% on your order. See you at JCPenney!

JCPenney has such a wide variety of items. I usually shop there only for women's clothing. I love their sales and their outlet items. I also love how you can ship to the store and save on shipping! They have great coupons that you can combine with sales to get an even better deals! Overall, this isn't my favorite online place to shop, but has been a good experience.

You can usually find a good sale at JC Penney.com. The shipping is pretty reasonable, and they ship pretty fast. You can usually find a coupon code for them online as well.

I purchased an excercise machine from JCPenney. I was looking for a great deal and not only did I find it on sale but I also got free shipping. The machine came earlier than expected which really made this purchase exceptional.

Penney's has a good selection of merchandise, but it's annoying to see one price in the store and another (usually higher one) in the catalog and/or on-line. The lowest price should be honored across the board. Shipping was pretty quick to my local store and the order was correct, but for some reason, they refused to honor the free shipping coupon. I don't see why - I just purchased some bedding and lamps, not heavy furniture.
I do like Penney's, however, and will shop there again.

I have ordered from JCPenney numerous time, and they have been smooth and easy. However, my last order was a nightmare. It took them to over 8 weeks to ship my time, when it was to have taken 2 weeks. When I finally got it, it was the wrong thing. Now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for them to correct it. I liek JCpenney, but the last shopping makes me think twice beofre buying.

I ordered once from this store. First after two weeks they emailed me saying that the item is backordered although it showed in stock at the time of purchase. One month later, they emailed again saying that the order is cancelled.

Overall, I'm satisfied with Penney's...they have fast shipping...easy to surf their catalog. Some of their household products I have not been satisfied with, they were over priced for the quality. Their children’s and adult clothing line is very good. I will continue to use J C Penney as one of my better online stores.

JC Penney has a good website with a few problems mainly with items not being in stock which are listed on the site. You don't find out if an item is in stock until you attempt to put it in your "bag". This may be due to the sites update or refresh rate. They have a very good selection of items and good prices. Sometimes the items online are not as good as the quality of items in the store. Additionally I must also say that some of the items online are not found in the stores. But the site is fairly logically laid out.

I gave an overall rating of 7 because when I ordered the email said the item would ship the next business day and I need the item with in 1 week. In reality the item was not shipped until 3 business days.
