I've ordered from Penney's website many times, and found them to be a real time saver when shopping for entire family!!! And 9 times out of 10 their quality has been excellent! I also like the fact that they carry tall sizes for women!!!

Online shopping at JC Penney can be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Just make sure you have plenty of time for browsing through the extensive array of merchandise available for purchase. Close up views make it easy to see tiny details and colors before making your selection. Returns are a breeze. Customer Service takes back merchandise no matter how old it is as long as you have the receipt and the merchandise is unused! They have excellent quality merchandise.
The only things that needs improving is their shipping policy and they only accept one promotion code per order. So you can never get free shipping and a % discount!!! That is a major limitation with heir on-line shopping experience and why I shop more at Kohl’s than Penney’s.

I was searching for a bed for my son. My sister saw a slide bed in the JC Penney outlet for almost half price. I tried to order the bed but a hard time ordering the bed. One day it said in stock, the next minute out, it was very confusing. In the end, it was in stock. I ordered the bed, it is very nice, the price was great, and was arrived in a timely manner.

I was so pleased with my order from JC Penney's! The item that I ordered was backordered and I was not going to receive it for another 3 weeks, but two days after I placed my order I received a notice that my item was being shipped already! Then 5 days later I received my purchase in the mail! It was great, I thought I was going to have to wait forever for my purchase, but in about a week I ended up getting it!

I like that JC Penny offers free shipping often. These offers plus the great pricing make JC Penny.com one of my favorite places to buy online from. I hope that in the future JC Penny will give more credit card holder bonuses on purchases made.

The prices at JC Penney are very reasonable, much more so than similar stores. Also, the quality of the items is excellent. I've had no problem in the past returning items if I was not satisfied for some reason.

I always look for a coupon and rebate when shopping this company. They do carry a wide selection and for the most part have good customer service. Always click through Mrrebates first, then look for a coupon and a sale.
