I have been a customer of JC Penney for many years. It is a pleasure to go to the store to shop; they have most any item you want to shop for. Ordering from the catalog is very easy. Customer service is nice to work with. There is no problem if you have an exchange or need to send an item back.

The website was very user friendly, it was easy to navigate and find what I needed. When I spoke to customer service, they were helpful and answered all of my questions. I also liked that I could pick up the merchandise at a store location to reduce shipping costs. Overall it was a very good experience and I will definitely purchase from this store again.

I had a $10 off coupon that I tried to use on purchase. It took off $10 when ordering but when I proceeded to checkout it did not deduct. The coupon did not specify that a MasterCard must be used to receive $10 off coupon. When the website declined the coupon the order had already been placed and I had to call the 800 number to cancel order and then repurchase using another coupon I had.

Penney's is terrific in shipping your merchandise the very next day. Easy returns at a store near you. Merchandise is usually received the week of the order.

When shopping with JC Penney I appreciate the fact that I can either have the merchandise delivered to my home or have the option of picking it up at a store for a cheaper s&h charge. There are days when I really don't want to deal with traffic and a lot of people at the shopping mall and having JCP.com makes it much easier to fit into my lifestyle. I also find that while items in the store have sold out, it is usually still available on the website. The website is easy to get around and I usually find what I am looking for.

You can't go wrong shopping on this website. A great selection of products in every category. Returns are easy and if you don't want to mail them back, you can take them to a local store and customer service will credit you. One of the best selections for window treatments around and with their return policy, it’s error-free shopping. Always lots of coupons/rebates out there to take advantage of. All deliveries I've received thus far have been without incident.

We have a new home and I have ordered all of our curtains from Penney's. The prices online are great and the shipping is quick. The quality is exceptional and if you don't like it when it comes, take it back to a catalog store and reorder something else. I have taken care of 7 windows so far, and it has been an easy process with JCP.

We received our order as promised in a neatly packaged, damage free box. Everything which was ordered was included in one shipment; nice to receive everything at once without any backorder delays. The Customer Service Department was very informative and courteous thoroughly answering all of my questions. We were very satisfied with the merchandise and service we received from JC Penney.

I've always had an excellent buying experience with JC Penney. Shipping is quick and returns are very easy. This time I noticed 2 of the items I ordered had the hang tags manipulated, this is very obvious. I don't know if this is old stock and they're trying to get rid of it any way they can or is there another explanation. Needless to say, I'm returning the items.

I've ordered several items from JC Penney. They are very quick to ship. For example I received an e-mail confirming shipping 2 hours and 6 minutes after I place my recent order. The only trick with them is getting a good sale or coupon. Order from them with confidence.

Easy to order from. They have a great selection to choose from. They offer a lot of promotions (i.e. free shipping). In the past I bought some vertical blinds for our patio slider, got them delivered for $95.00, everywhere else on the web they wanted 1/2 of that just for shipping.
