The purchase I made at JC Pennys was perfect. I went everywhere looking for this item. Every place I look ether had something for a smaller person are didn't carry at all. Most of the time I can find the item at JC Penny.
They seen to carry larger sizes that most stores don't carry. People now days are larger size. Everyone is not a size 10. Most People wear a 16 are larger. I hate shopping now that I have gain weight. I never seem to find what I'm looking for. JC Pennys does, though not large, has a selection of clothes. .
Thank God for JC Penny

The reason my experience did not make me happy was because of the pricing. The price I saw on line and ordered from was not the price I was charged. I did go back to check on different products and found this happened more than once. My local store did make things right promptly but I still felt misled. Also, part of my order took two months to receive and it came in damaged as it was a bed and I had moved out my old one before the new one was picked up. I had to adapt it so I could use it. This seemed to make it a problem to get a different one. As I was sick of the mess and didn't want to wait another two months I kept it.

I am happy because I received my items quickly and in tact especially since I ordered a set of dishes. The dishes I bought were unique in color and yet simple- something I had been looking for. I will continue to shop JCPenney.com as I have had good experiences with the quality & price in the past.

I had a problem with the first fireplace order I placed. Their website didn't recognize my J.C Penney privilege gold credit card, even though I use it all the time. I had to call in the order. I placed an order for a second fireplace the next day and it went through okay. Calling in the order caused me to lose rebate for first order. That's why I gave ease of ordering a 7. I missed my rebate because of it.

I love JC Penny because their store is close to me. So even if I order online I can go direct to the store and exchange. They really have a great policy 90 days with your receipt. I never have any problem and their customer service is professional. Thanks.

I've shopped our local JCP for decades, and decided a couple years ago to try their .com. Wow, how easy it was! Since then, I only order from their website, and can't remember the last time I went in their store. They have practically everything in the store -- listed on their site! And with free shipping specials, sometimes on orders over $75.00, it's a great deal. Customer service has always been friendly and no hassle returns! This is one of the few .com's that I give a total "10" rating to ~ because they have great sales, great customer service, FAST shipping, easy site to maneuver and check out, as well as quality products. It's a home run for the busy mom or any one looking for a fast way to shop and save money at the same time.

It seemed as if the color I wanted was out of stock; I called and found out it wasn't. The web site just wouldn't let me select the color I wanted. The customer service person didn't suggest ordering it for me, I had to ask.

My experience with JC Penney has always been very satisfactory. I used to go with my grandmother to JC Penney as a child and even at that young age was impressed with the personal customer service offered in the store. I think every member of my family shops there on a regular basis and have always been pleased with their experience. I do most of my shopping online due to my hectic schedule over the last few years, rather than fight the traffic at the malls. Shopping at JC Penney online has always been quick and easy.

They always have the items I need, though not always when I need them in stock. There are frequently discounts and great deals on shipping. Returns are easy and free when items are returned to local store service center. Sometimes, shopping with them and Mr. Rebates is the best deal around.

I buy from JCPenney.com only when I cannot find an item elsewhere. I recently ordered a chaise lounge & was very pleased with it -- however multiple e-mails to their customer service department weren't given much attention. Customer service could improve. Prices are average. Coupons they provide usually carry many restrictions. I have always been satisfied with the merchandise I've purchased though.
