This is one of the sites that makes it easy to order, pop up detail on all items, adding to the cart and check out makes for fast shopping. The shipping is fast, too.

The product selection is very diverse and pricing competitive. The store's online ordering is easy to navigate and to understand. I also value the higher-end brands offered. You will receive immediate confirmation of purchase order. I would definitively shop there again. I'm very satisfied with the purchases that I have made with JCPenney.com.

I would recommended shopping at JC Penney. They have a variety of merchandise and lots of sizes to choose from. If you are looking for tall or plus sizes this is definitely the way to go. Shipping is very fast and any of the items can be returned to your local JC Penney store.

I love to shop from JC Penney online b/c they offer what I am looking for that I could never get in their stores. I virtually never go to their stores b/c they carry nothing I am looking for and I could never get the deals that I do online.!! Thank goodness for their online shop.! The only problem I ever had with them shopping online is that their coupons sometimes don't work. I have had this happen to me a few times and have had to call customer service who must review what you ordered actually applies to the coupon then if they see that you have complied with the coupon terms they will take it off for you. Last time this happened to me the supervisor told me that coupon problems occur online quite frequently.This can be a hassle b/c you must be put on hold for some time on the telephone.

It was fast and easy! We found exactly what we were looking for and it was on sale! Checkout was fast and easy and I like that you don't have to register to order online. I have always liked the selection on JcPenney.com and they didn't let me down. We couldn't find shoes in the store that my son liked and so we went online and he found some right away and the best part is that they will be delivered right to my front door!

JCPenney.com is a very reliable and trustworthy online retailer. They have a nice selection of quality merchandise , both name-brand and their own house brands. The product descriptions are complete and informative so that you know what you're ordering and never have to guess. The check-out process is easy and my orders nearly always arrive in less than a week. If you need to return an item it's very helpful to be able to take it back to a store and save the return shipping costs.

I've been shopping at Penneys for 30 years. I've shopped by mail for 25 years and online for almost 10. Penneys usually has what I want at a good price. The return policy is great. All in all always wonderful.

JC Penney always has a wide selection. It is one of the few places I can find women's pants in tall. They also have very comfortable shoes. Some things can be found in the store but there is a much larger selection online.

One thing that could be easier is viewing the shirt (or whatever) in all of the colors it comes in. Having to open a separate window and click on alternate view, etc. is a pain. Other than that, it was a good shopping experience.

Ordering from JC Penney was easy. I was looking for snowsuits for my daughters. The ones I wanted I could not find in the stores, but was able to find them online and still on sale. They were offering free shipping so I was able to save almost $15 in shipping. I received the order and shipping confirmation emails in a timely manner and I am looking forward to receiving my order.

I shop the online outlet and the Wednesday deals nearly every week. The price is right and the selection is awesome. JC Penny deeply discounts items and gives you high quality and at a low price. I have been shopping here for years and I am never let down with my purchases. JC Penny allows you to use coupons for an even better shopping savings.
