I couldn't give eBay all 10s because honestly it's about the buyer beware. You have to really research each seller because you really don't know if they will provide great customer service. While obviously they have a lot of products to choose from, you also have to be careful of shady sellers that try to sell you a picture of an item instead of the actual product. They will most likely put it in small fine print that you are buying just a picture. As long as you are aware of these things, buying from ebay can be a very pleasant experience.

eBay is by far the best place to shop. I really like their system, and I use it as a hub for all my shopping needs. If I think I need or want something, I can find it on my phone through the eBay app and keep the record there. It's really handy if I see something I want at the store but do not want to pay full retail price. I find that most new items on ebay can be 50% off, as long as they are not in high demand. It's also a place where I can buy items directly from China and Hong Kong--like all sorts of cables and small electronics. eBay has changed my life, and you should buy and sell on it too!

Great place to shop for unique or hard to find items.
Also a great place to find a real bargain.
Important Note: When ordering but It Now Items
on eBay. If the Buy It Now Items have the very same
price, Try to complete your purchase a day apart,
I've noticed that sometimes Mrrebates does not recognize
a purchase in this unique circumstance with the exact
same priced items.

While Ebay might have a big selection a lot of sellers there cannot be trusted. I like shopping on Amazon better as it is a lot safer. Almost anyone can sell on ebay and there are a lot of bad sellers. Just do your research and Ebay can be a great place to shop.

I love Ebay... But, always click through the Mr. Rebates to make Ebay purchases and more times than not, Mr. Rebates doesn't credit my purchases...
So far it has only happened with Ebay purchases.
I have notified Mr. Rebates, but they say I didn't click through...

While my most recent transaction would have a higher rating, I am reviewing an ongoing bad experience with eBay. Most sellers are honest, but since eBay deals with individuals and outside businesses they have no control over the end user experience. I filed a dispute and am waiting for the seller to respond (7 days), but the seller was a fraud and has left eBay. I will have to wait another 30 days before eBay will refund my money assuming my case falls within their buyer protection policy. To make matters worse their system has enough delays and restrictions that I am entirely at their mercy for resolving the case. I have had more good transactions than bad, but this is just a warning.

ebays customer service clearly needs alot of help, they are virtually impossible to contact and since taking over the resolution center which paypal used to handle have gotten even worse. Even when you can finally mange to the get the phone or chat Icon [which is at their discretion whether you get it or not] the wait is very long, my wait to get to chat with someone on 10/24 was 26 minutes and on the phone I was on hold for 56 minutes only to get hung up on while they tried to transfer me to another department. Nothing was resolved---we really miss paypal handling purchase problems.

I really like the fact that you can use mrrebates to save money in addition to getting great deals on ebay. Just remember to make sure you are buying from a reputable seller on ebay -- check their feedback.
