I love eBay! I have gotten some really great deals since I starting buying through eBay. I love jewelry, and now have many beautiful pieces that I could not afford if purchased through traditional stores. I get many compliments and proudly tell all that I got it on eBay.

I find eBay a great place to buy and sell. There is a bit of lack of customer service. When you need customer service, response time on emails is slow and there is no easy access to a 1-800 number. Overall, I feel eBay offers a great selection of items listed by users. Sometimes the “as-is” trap of many sellers makes market browsing difficult.

I enjoy eBay as I can get things I can't find other places. I pay only as much as I feel item is worth. They group their items according to keyword, ie mickey mouse, pearl etc so searching for what you want is easy. I would reccomend eBay to others.

Ebay offers lots of choices. Having auctions spread out over several days means I don't have to make an immediate decision. Some vendors, however, I think lose potential customers because they charge high shipping/handling fees. Overall, I find eBay a worthwhile shopping experience.

I've been a member of eBay since 1997 and hope to be for many years to come. I love the outstanding variety of items they carry! The eBay site is very convenient to use as both a 'seller' and a 'buyer'. Thank you eBay for continually upgrading your site and improving all aspects of buying and selling!

Ebay is a fantastic place to shop, just make sure you read the listing details so you know what the total cost of your items will be with shipping & handling, and insurance if required. I honestly don't know how I ever managed without eBay. I have been shopping with eBay for a little over 8 months and have purchased over 500 items. I have saved hundreds of dollars and have been extremely satisfied with each and every purchase I have made. Even with the ever increasing postal rates you can get some fantastic buys if you just take a little time to search for what you need on the eBay site. I am definitely addicted to eBay!!

Most of the time shopping on eBay is very good. I would shop agian. I have purchased a lot of products from different sellers over a few years and most of the time have done very well.
I was very pleased with the people I dealt with, and items were shipping within a couple of days.

Experiences with eBay are, of course, variable from seller to seller. It helps to know the general value of what it is you are looking for, because I often see items that you can buy in a regular store for less. So far, I've only had a couple of negative experiences, and I've been shopping with eBay for several years. Just use common sense!

I love Ebay buying and selling.
I have found it difficult to get answers to my particular questions using the quick answer list and you have to wait a few days for an email of course since they are so busy. They do answer and they try to be helpful.
It is a great way to find unusual things.

If you can't find it on eBay chances are you won't find it anywhere. On eBay you can find anything for any price. Their site is easy to navigate and very user friendly. Beware of how addicting eBay can become!

You can find anything for almost any price on eBay. No need to stand in the long lines and pay retail, find it on eBay. It's amazing how much cheaper you can buy things for on eBay!! It is very easy!!!

eBay is a great store to shop from. Overall, if you need something, eBay probably has it. eBay recently changed their look so that it is easier to order and buy from. You can see when an auction will end. Pricing is a 10 - you will pay what you will pay. Customer service is ok. Why? Because eBay is associated with Paypal (payment method) and Paypal's customer service is atrocious at best.
