I love ordering from Staples.com! Shipping is super quick. Orders placed by 5pm local time are delivered next business day, unless otherwise noted. I always get free shipping on any order amount since I'm a Staples Rewards Premier member (spend $1k+ per year). Their Staples Easy Rebates are very reliable and have a fast turnaround time (~ 4 weeks). They also have excellent customer service. When an item was missing from my order, I called Staples and they sent the item without hesitation. I will continue to be a loyal Staples customer.

Always check each week for Staples deals. They have awesome prices on items. The business delivery is on time but Office Depot is quicker. I use Staples in between my larger orders with Office Depot.

Not the best retail prices but a great selection, And, as I am a long time shopper, I qualify for free shipping no matter what size the order is.
My advice, know what you want and wait for a sale.
Easy returns at store for online purchases too.

I have shopped many times at Staples (both in-store and online) over the years and they have been a consistently reliable source for office and electronics items. My most recent order was easy and went as expected. The item I ordered prompted a warning that the expected ship date would be a few days longer than normal. I was able to apply a coupon to the order and checkout was easy. I received detailed tracking information and the order was received exactly when expected. All in all, a good overall experience, and Staples remains near the top of my list when shopping for office supply products.

I order from Staples all the time. I get their catalogs and featured free items. I get my items the next day and there isn't any hassle of going to the store and searching for things.

Okay... over $25,000 in Staples and Staples.com purchases. $24,500 of those were rebated items.
Very few problems, and most of them were my fault or I was trying to take advantage of an offer that shouldn't have been (like ordering 100 Hard Drives that end up being FREE after rebates because there was supposedly no limits).

I was told shipment would arrive on Friday. It was delivered on Thursday, but only 2 of 3 boxes delivered. Took 4 calls to get it straightened out, with no two customer service people having the same information. I was told, and received email, that the remaining box would be delivered the following Wednesday. It arrived on Monday. Though early delivery is great, being given correct information would be nice.
Customer service folks were quite pleasant, but other than alerting them they had neglected to ship the entire order, it was a waste of time calling, since everything each said was wrong, and contradicted what the others said.

Ordering from Staples was very easy. I did have to call customer service to change the delivery date. They were very willing to change the date. They also have very prompt shipping.

I purchased some Sandisk SD cards from Staples. The online transaction is very smooth. The free shipping for rewards members is an excellent service. And plus Staples always has good coupons and customer service.
The only bad thing is that you cannot cancel an order online, you have to call the customer service shortly after you place the order or refuse the package.
