I ordered on Thursday and had my item on Friday. Some of the fastest shipping I've ever seen. I will buy from Staples again even if they are slightly more expensive just for their excellent shipping.

Ordering online at Staples.com is very easy; o-line coupons and rebate processing is first rate. Order updates and processing information is very easily obtained. Shipping is exceptionally quick and customer service via email or telephone is excellent.

I love that I can order from Staples and it is delivered next day. I also love the easy reorder button. It list past purchases I have made so when I need more of something I do not have to search the website for it. Free shipping is awesome too! I always use Staples for our business supplies. Some products are limited on the site though. I have had to go into the store in the past because they didn't list something on their website but had it in the store. The nearest Staples is about 30 minutes away so I wish they carried more on their site.

This store has great sale prices. The rebate offers are very easy to use and in most cases they can be done from your computer. If you join Staples Rewards the shipping is free with no minimum on purchases.

Staples website is easy to navigate but they do not always have the product I am looking for nor do they always have the best prices. They are very reliable in delivery and ordering is easy.

I have had better luck with the web store than I have had with their brick and mortar stores. I have almost always been able to order any item from their weekly sales ads and have it shipped for free if over $50. This actually saves me money because the nearest Staples store is 45 miles away from my home and with the price of gas, it becomes quite expensive to get there and back and they have normally sold out of the sale item anyway.

Staples carries many products that the other office supply stores do not sell. I also like that they have many Staples brand products available. It would be great if they offered online coupons to their loyal customers.

Shopping online with Staples was such an easy experience and was a great time saver. Delivery was prompt and efficient. I especially liked the "reorder" button from previous orders, it makes it easier to remember which exact item (for example toner) you ordered before. I would definitely recommend shopping online with them. I will definitely be doing it again!

Certain items are definitely a low, low price. I love their weekly sale items. I always find something I need at a great low price. Brought a printer online, didn't work for some reason, I took it back to the store and they just replaced a new one with no questions asked. I didn't even have to fill out any forms. Great Service!!!
