This is a great office supply store. They ship very fast. Products are all good quality. There is only one problem I have found. They have a very short time span for returns. If you order any electronics be sure they are what you want before you open package.

Staples is awesome. You can order online and have it the next day! Why go to the store....they seem to have more items available than they do at the store also. Customer service is really good and delivery is usually free.

The Easy Rewards program is one of the best rebate programs. I now don't need to send in UPC codes and receipts. I also like the business rewards program. I can earn dollars for shopping at Staples.
I like Staples home page for telling me what is on sale. I also like their weekly specials. Staples website also works very well and quickly.

The product categories were well organized. I was a bit peeved about the overall selection of chairs. But the speed and reliability made my experience positive overall.

Staples has awesome customer service. Any problems that I have had were fixed promptly and fairly. Shipping is super fast and free for Staples Rewards members. Better yet, the Staples Rewards membership is free, just go to www.staplesrewardscenter.com and sign up. They also have some really good deals and their rebates are done completely online, very simple process.

I've been shopping Staples since it opened, and like it a great deal. Their prices are great, and they have a customer appreciation program that is good, too. Shipping is really FAST - within 48 hours!! And since I spent over $50, it was FREE. So that definitely got my attention, and I just stocked up on sale items and no shipping. That really works for me, I'm all about that. I gave them a 7 on ease of ordering because their site should show coordinating items on the sides of the pages. I searched for longer than anticipated for coordinating office items - they need to update that site. Other than that, I'm very pleased and will continue to shop with them.

Staples is very quick to deliver their items. The prices are lower than average. Anytime there has been a problem with a damaged or missing item, they have always been quick to fix the issue without me having to drive anywhere.

Staples.com is extremely easy to use.
Free next day delivery make the experience even better.
Staples promotions and discounts again make the whole Staples package even more enticing.
Customer service, when needed, has been very accommodating.
I would definitely recommend staples to everyone for their office supply needs

Staples consistently has a great selection of products. I have never encountered an "out of stock" and my orders are delivered the next day! No need to go to the store and carry packages (free shipping over $50.00) and ordering on the net is a breeze because they have a well deisgned site.

I asked for my order to be held before shipping, which it was, but now it is out of stock. I had been under the impression that the order was packaged and simply wouldn't be shipped until the date specified, which means what I need won't come on time. To be fair, their phone customer service, at least, is very good.

Ordering at Staples is very easy. They have a great product selection with lots of helpful information about their products. Delivery is quick (usually next day), and is typically free if you order $50 worth of merchandise. They offer numerous rebates and make it easy to submit the rebates online.

I've had difficult deliveries on several orders. I had to go to the local store and pick orders up even though it's free shipping to my home. Some orders took almost 2 weeks for me to get even though it was "next day delivery". Selection is good and sales are good.

We had no problems. We couldn't find a few things but found substitutes. Our order arrived on time and in perfect condition. Their selection is a little less than what Office Depot offers.
