Okay, I found what I needed right away and the free shipping is great. But the pricing of the product was a little higher than other merchants, but with the free s/h and the Mr. Rebate it was a wash. But just think if they could be a little more competitive in the price, the consumer would be getting a great deal. The website is a breeze to navigate -- kudos to Staples webmaster.

I found my use of the checkout procedures was made simple by the excellent instructions on the web site.
There was a wide variety of manufacturer's and compatible brand ink cartridges to choose from for my HP printer.
I called customer service and got a price match, without any difficulty, for an ink cartridge I found advertised for less at a competitor's store.

Staples is an excellent place to shop online. I have had only one problem. In one shipment, some light bulbs were broken, but customer service replaced them, no questions asked. I shop here often.

Staples shopping is always fun. Why? Because I got free delivery on a product with a 100% rebate, and since it was over $100, I got a $31 item for free!
Then I found another item I needed [also over $100] and decided to make two separate orders to get another free $31 item. It was great! And both orders where delivered FREE!
AND they have EasyRebates you can fill in online and you do not have to mail anything to get it. Staples rules!

My package arrived in less than 24 hours and shipping was free! I have moved to an area that no longer has Staples stores and I really miss that. Open some stores in the St Louis area please. Keep up the good work!

I love office supply stores. But working from home, I don't often get out and Staples online is just perfect. They had exactly what I wanted and all of my items shipped in one day. No lines, no hassles, it was a great online purchasing experience.

Selection and ordering is fine, but they don't explain everything. For one of the rebates, you needed to be a prior user of this product which they didn't explain on their web site, so the cost ended up being higher than advertised after rebates. Also shipping was fast, but the packaging was terrible. Items were open and strewn about the box they were shipped in.

Orders are punctual. Orders are placed without a problem. You can call them if you placed an order by mistake as long as you call right away before the order goes through. Receive free delivery for every $50.00.

The website was fine. Very easy to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for. I would have liked a bigger selection for certain items I needed. Also, my box was on a truck to be delivered the next business day after I ordered but they didn't make it here before 5pm so it came 2 days later. Not bad but a big let down if you were ordering from them purely for next day service.

Staples almost (if not) always has free next day shipping on orders over $50. They have a great selection o line and their prices are almost always less than their competitors. I can get the products I need quickly and easily and I like that.

Staples has good prices, and extremely fast shipping. I often get their goods the next day with standard rates. To get good prices though, you often must purchase in bulk however. Their selection is so-so, with decent pricing and very good sales. Know your prices when you shop with them and you will do well.

Great service received on all orders placed. Easy return process. Some people complain about the Easy Rebate process but for me, it has worked very well (used it twice) and rebates were received far faster than submitting paperwork to the manufacturer. Coupons work on all items!

Buy with confidence from this store. I purchased a desk lamp and desk and got free delivery. I was very happy with the merchandise. You can find merchandise here that the stores just don’t have. A huge selection of office supplies.
