Kohl's is a great store with a huge selection of a variety of merchandise. They stock a large selection of household items which are generally better priced than many other retailers. Their sales are quite good and are even better when shipping is free!! There are quite a number of 'web only' items & their store brand (Sonoma) is on a par with better known products.

Although their shipping can be too high per item, there are those great times when shipping is free! I got a Kohl's Card this year, and the savings are wonderful! Once you purchase $600.00 on your card, you qualify for your own shopping spree FOUR TIMES a year! You can pick the day, and whatever you buy that day, is 15% off! So I've done my Christmas shopping on their .com when prices were 60% off and got $100 items for only $25 each!! Their customer service is great and they will work with you on any problem that arises. Great site, good savings, and ease of searches makes this .com one of my favorites!

They always have the items I need, except when they have really big sales, then almost everything is hard to find. There are frequently discounts and great deals on shipping. Returns are easy and free when items are returned to local store service center.

I have made purchases from Kohls online and in the store. I have been very satisfied many of the items I have purchased from Kohls. I have purchased items such as clothing on down to house wares and have never been disappointed in the quality even if I purchased the item online.

I placed the order on August 17, 2006 and was told it would arrive after August 29, 2006. It was delivered BEFORE the promised ship date. How's that for speed! My daughter was very happy with the gift.

I've put a bunch of stuff in my shopping cart, stepped away for 5 minutes, and my shopping cart got emptied out. I have no idea why the timing to check out is so short, it's not convenient. Otherwise, it was very nice shopping experience. I got great sales on everything I needed.

Kohls.com is a great place to shop. The site is easy to navigate, the selection is excellent, and the prices are superb. It is a fun place to fill your shopping cart with everything for your home as well as clothes and jewelry. Once your order is placed it can easily be tracked as it progresses to your door. I love this store!
Although the product selection is somewhat limited (as compared to in-store), the frequent percent-off coupons & reduced shipping offers along with the convenience of shopping from home have made this one of my favorite internet shopping sites.
The quality of the products have consistently been as described and items are shipped quickly and have been carefully packaged.
I highly recommend this store to anyone - check it out!!!

Using Kohls.com was very easy and the product listed in the catalog was available online. I was able to receive a shipping fee that is lower than driving to the store and using gasoline. I received an immediate email that my order was placed and received and I will use Kohls.com again.

Kohl's has lots of inexpensive clothing for all, in a wide range of sizes. They offer beautiful jewelry at great prices. They always have courteous customer service, as well as constant sales on nearly everything. You will find one of the largest selections of intimate apparel here. You can save a lot if you have a Kohl's charge. They also offer easy in-store returns.

I love the deals and sales at Kohls! They do not seem to have as much available online as in the stores and I have lost the items in my shopping cart occasionally if I left the computer to answer the phone - session timed out. I can say from experience though that their customer service department is excellent - prompt and friendly response to all questions.

I have found some good bargains at Kohl's. The selection is a little weak, but the site is easy and there are frequently coupons. Plus, Kohls lets you use two coupons at a time! It is also easy to return to a store if need be. Sometimes the prices are great, sometimes just so-so.

The picture of items I was searching for took some time to load on several of the pages. Kohl's was offering a discount from a catalog. When I put the code in the incorrect discount came up. I had to call customer service who fixed the problem very efficiently. They had to cancel my originial order I placed on the internet through the MrRebates website and resubmit it. I am glad to see that the resubmitted order still allowed me credit through MrRebates. I would definitely shop at Kohls.com again through MrRebates.
