I liked the options Kohls.com offered and ease of ordering from their web site. The special price for delivery and the large selection of sizes was just what I needed for this purchase. After my experience with Kohls online you can be sure I will return to use their ordering service via the internet!

I had to give low ratings in the product selection because I was mostly shopping in the clearance category and I do realize sometimes they are out of a lot of sizes already. I do prefer to shop online for Kohl's because they have more selection for young girls than in my local store. I do like the selection for young boys better online, also, it is easier to pick their size than having to look at every pair of pants in the store trying to find their size.

This store is one of best stores I have seen in recent years. The pricing is very competitive compared to JC Penney and Mervyns. They, however, don’t seem to have a very good children selection.

I used to shop in Kohls when we used to live in AZ. There is no actual store here in Honolulu where we live now, so having Kohls.com is the next best thing. The prices are still great and there are so many selections to choose from! The best thing is they ship to Hawaii with no extra cost, which is very nice. Not a lot of companies ship here, and when they do, they charge you an arm and a leg.

Kohls.com is excellent! When they have specials and coupons available, you can't beat them. I've purchased everything from clothing to vacuums and have always been happy with their products. Their customer service and return policy are also great. Buy with confidence!! Just make sure there's a sale.

When using coupons and shipping specials, the prices are very reasonable. I did notice that the items go on and off sale fairly regularly, so if you are looking for something and it's full price - wait a few days or a week - and it will probably be marked down. A great way to shop Kohl's and not be bothered by the crowds and lines!

Shipping did not occur a week (at least 5 business days) after I had placed an order. This seemed unusual as most of my favorite stores do ship within 4 business days. The worst thing was that the items I bought had been just dumped in the cardboard box without being folded. Smelled dusty as well although the same items could be purchased at a Kohl's store (not the online store).

Kohls.com has great prices and a good selection of items. The only problem I had was that when I went to check out, the cart said that some of the items were unavailable and that I had to reduce the number and try again. It did not specify WHICH items. I had ordered quite a few items, so this was a formidable task!! However, I called customer service who answered quite promptly, went through my entire order with me to determine what was available and what was not. So, I am very pleased with customer service. Another plus was the $5 flat rate shipping and the fact that one can return items to the store if they have one locally and avoid return shipping charges.

I have ordered from Kohl's several times. The majority of my orders have no problems, however, my last order had a pair of pajamas for my daughter, they were to be a size 6X, but the pants were tagged as 8 and were too big for her. I couldn't send them back because they were one of her favorite characters and she wouldn't let go of them for me to do it. I love the jammies, they are nice, but I wish they fit her better. I like Kohl's, you can get great sales on Levi's for kids, good stuff, clothing lasts well. Not all the sizes I need are available if I don't hit a sale pretty quick. Kohl's is my first stop when I'm looking for kids clothes at reasonable prices.

Kohl's has a huge selection of items to purchase. They always are having some kind of sale. It is easy to find what you want at sale prices. You can return items to any of their stores. What a plus!

I have only ordered from Kohl's twice because of the lack of selections for the products I am looking for. I found their prices to be great on the merchandise that I did ordered. The quality was very good!! I wish that they had a better on-line selection of women's clothing.

Generally, I have a good shopping experience at this site. One very annoying feature is that you have to keep pushing a button to send it to self or other. Many times items sell out extremely quickly; sometimes while you are shopping and you have the item in your cart!
Shipping generally takes about 7 business days and returns are a breeze. They have quality merchandise at a fair price when you buy on sale days.
Customer Service was extremely helpful when I encountered a problem with my order.
