Other than a few items I wanted being OUT OF STOCK & the price of another item being a bit high, the SALE prices & the rebate through Mr. Rebate more than made up for it. Shipping was adequate, but some of my items were delivered broken/cracked (Plastic Canisters) it was NOT the fault of KOHLS, but clearly a UPS issue.! So, all in all I give it a solid 8 .

Kohls seems to sell out quickly...at least at this busy shopping time of the year. Several things that I tried to look at on the site "were no longer available." Free shipping and extra % discount offers are a definite plus. Shipping is not, however, extremely fast. Overall, I would give this site an 8 rating.

The only thing that I would do to improve ordering on this website is to make the shopping cart hold items longer and give it the ability to save the items in the shopping cart for retrieval later.

Kohl's is a great place to shop, whether online or in-store. They have sales, low prices, and discounts from time to time. I have compared their prices to retail and their prices are definitely lower. JC Penney's may be the closest competition to Kohl's, but Kohl's has more clothes and not much else. That is a good thing. I did place an order on the Kohl's website and got overcharged because the system did not credit me a discount, and their customer service didn't resolve the problem so I had to present the issue with my credit card company and it finally got resolved. If it wasn't for that, I had an otherwise perfect shopping experience.

Kohl's frequently has good sales. Many times you can get coupon codes for a % off your order and even nicer is when they have free shipping. One down side is that a lot of times they are out of the size or color of something I want. Another down side is that it takes a long time to get your order when they offer free shipping.

Kohls is probably one of the best discounted store. Prices are reasonably attractive to most ordinary people. Product selection is limited. There are not many choices out there for those who loves brand name products. Overall purchase experience is still quite good.

I like ordering from Koh's because they always offer coupons to help save you money. The items are usually nice but if I need to return anything I usually go to my local Kohl's store to do the return and it is always quick and easy with no questions asked. I like the ease or ordering and the selections are usually terrific.

I ordered gift certificates and was pleased that they were shipped free. Many places charge you quite a bit of money to mail a gift card, I was surprised that Kohls did not charge for this. In addition, I was able to use their promotion of receiving ten Kohls dolllars for each fifty dollars spent.

I absolutely love Kohls. The product selection is great for every category and the prices are better than other department store chains. The clearance section is the best part of their store, the deals cannot be beat. The coupon codes they offer are good too, as long as they are valid. The only complaint I have is the shipping, both the cost and the time it takes to receive the items. It usually takes over a week to get the items and the shipping is more expensive than any other website I've seen.
