I love Sephora and shop there often. It is really easy to navigate their website, which provides a lot of useful and helpful information, such as product reviews and rating, tips and suggestions. I gave them 8 rating for product selection because I used to think that they carry pretty much everything and anything that I could possible need but few months ago I discovered they don't carry La Mer brand. If they ever decide to carry it, I would give Sephora a perfect 10 score all around. Great store!

Overall, great company. There are always great promotions going on and ordering from them is a breeze. They have a fabulous customer loyalty program and premium perks for shoppers who spend a certain amount during the year. I've only ever had to return one item and the whole process was hassle-free. Each package even comes with a prepaid shipping label to put on your return so you don't have to pay to send it back (and they don't deduct the return shipping fees from your refund, either.) Everything has always arrived in excellent condition and their selection of free samples is fairly wide so you always get to try something new with your order!

I have had great experience with Sephora.The website always has the items that I am looking for, and they carry many great new products to try. Their rewards program is top notch. I have received many deluxe samples, full sized products and even a sterling silver necklace. I used to buy products at drugstores and target, but no more...
The reward program and free samples make buying products here a great value. Many of the free items are ones that I use already! I am a loyal Sephora VIB!

Sephora has been a big help to me over the years. It only seems to be getting better since they added the lind of products by Kat Von D. I really love them :) I'm really glad I found Mr. Rebates as well to reward me for all my purchases!

This company is fantastic as far as SENDING items. However, if you send something back, prepare for at least a month's wait to receive your refund. So much for the 60 day money back guarantee. You get more like 5 days, since the 60 days begin with the purchase date. Oh, they also say it can take up to 30 BUSINESS days to process your return- not 30 calendar days. They don't tell you that though until you have already waited 30 calendar days and inquire about your return!

It's a woman's paradise!!!! Product selection is amazing. You plan to buy one thing, but buy 10 more in addition. They have a very convenient in-store return policy.

I'm a long time shopper with Sephora. I have returned 1 item in over 10 years as their customer. I just didn't like the item, and their return service was veryeasy to use. Great selection, great products, fast and reliable shipping. Their packaging is outstanding! Items arrive in perfect condition and their gift service during the holidays is a class act.

Quick shipping and excellent customer service
Sephora has no hassle returns if needed (rarely) and they provide a pre-paid label.
I also like the product review on Sephora's site..very helpful when making choices.
