Sephora is a GREAT company! I have been shopping with them for years. Their customer service people are so nice and very helpful. Their products are some of the BEST that you can buy. I wish they had a store in the town that I live in. I plan to continue to shop with them for many many years to come.

Sephora has an excellent selection of makeup and skincare products. The descriptions are concise and the color swatches are amazingly accurate. Sephora has the best customer service and fast shipping.

Sephora.com has a great selection and carries some products that cannot be bought elsewhere (such as limited edition sets and other products exclusively available at Sephora.com). The descriptions are very detailed and helpful and although their prices aren't really cheaper than anywhere else, they are pretty standard. The only (minor) inconvenience is that they don't offer exchanges for items returned, however, returning or exchanging items to any Sephora store is incredibly easy and convenient. The free shipping for a $75 order is a definite plus, as well as the free samples you get to choose with each order. I am a repeat customer and will continue going to Sephora.com for my beauty needs.

Sephora is a luxury shopping experinece. They have high quality selections and its a great place to get a gift for someone special or to treat yourself. You get to choose three samples from a pretty good list of choices and the best part is they wrap your purchase in their signature black and pink wrapping. You can choose from a bag to a nice black box with a red bow. A ready made gift that is truly a luxury. for that special occasion or if you're looking for something a little different, I would highly recommend sephora.
