I love to uses this website to browse for specials on kits put together by brands I regularly use, especially Bare Escentuals and Cargo, also brands I want to try. Prices for regular items are the same as retail. I usually wait for a free shipping offer otherwise. The best thing I like about Sephora--you can try anything you buy, and if you aren`t 100% happy, they will take it back--no questions. The only other places that do that (that I know of) are the shopping channels, but they don`t have the selection that Sephora does.

I have enjoyed shopping with this merchant because of the wide variety of products they offer. Their prices are very economical and the delivery time is always very prompt. I, also, appreciate the fact that the buyer is able to choose up to 3 free sample items with every order placed.

I bought the Studio Train Case and its great. The shipping is slower since I live on the west coast but that’s ok. The free shipping was nice and so was the samples bag I got. The online store was much quicker than the mall store because you can never get help in there. I would order again from Sephora.com again in the future. They have a large selection of makeup. I do wish that they had larger pictures of their products and a place to leave and read reviews of their products.

What's not to love? For any woman who loves skincare and makeup and can't easily get to the stores, Sephora makes it so easy to "meander" in a virtual way. Customer service is great; due to an error in ordering, I was given free shipping for the next time without a minimum purchase, for instance.
I like that the site changes its look continually, which is a good idea for those of us who like to try new things! Recommend it highly, of course!

Wonderful shopping experience. Do NOT hesitate to order from Sephora. You get to try a product for 60 days to see if it is right for you. If you are not completely happy, return it within those 60 days. They even pay for you to ship it back. Can't ask for a better return policy than that. They also offer free shipping over $75.00 on any order placed. Fantastic variety of items. PERFECT!

They have this item in stock after 3 days. So I purchased it from Beauty.com.
Other products are good and shipped soon.

Overall, ordering online from Sephora was great! The only issue I had was that you had to spend at least $75 to get free shipping. My purchase was only $60, and I felt slightly pressured to spend $15 more for free shipping. Other than that, great store! Beauty heaven!

Not only does Sephora offer a fabulous selection and user-friendly website, but the extras...such as makeup tips and info about trends...make it almost like a trip to their stores. Plus, free samples are offered.
Service is fast, packing is excellent -- Sephora makes it very easy to become a repeat customer!
