I visited many sites and found that Amazon had the lowest prices. Their selection is great. The only problem is if you use their free shipping offer it takes a long time (almost a week) for them to just ship it out, and even longer to receive your order. But if the price is much lower, it is worth the wait

A very comprehensive website. I have found pricing to be fair and at times cheaper than their partners direct sites. Return policy is very good although communication is through email rather than a help desk person. Order tracking and history are very good. There is a Free Shipping policy for most orders over $25.00

Amazon is a great website to find a variety of items at a great price... Shipment is usually earlier than the delivery date given. I was able to purchase New Release DVD at a cheaper price than at Walmart and I received them in 3 business days. I discovered Amazon website while searching for replacement oven covering to match my kitchen. I looked in several stores and on other websites, I found exactly what I wanted at a great price and shipping was FREE. Sure beats burning up gas looking for something that might not be what you want!!!!

Amazon.com has a great selection of everything! I have made hundreds of purchases from them. I have bought all of my Fiesta ware from them because the prices are unbeatable. Free deliver makes it even better! Amazon customer service is really good and shipping is fast!

Amazon.com is the best online shop there is. I buy plenty of products from Amazon and never am disappointed. The shipping is amazing and fast. It is well worth the $80 to get a prime account for the year and get free 2-3 day shipping. I will always shop at Amazon.com

I quite simply love Amazon. I have found that they tend to consistently have the best prices on books, even when I account for the discounts I get from some other places for being a 'member.' I love that they have expanded to really be an Internet superstore - I can get diapers and the latest paperback all in the same shipment! Keep an eye out for the specials they run where if you spend a certain amount in a particular department, you can get an Amazon gift certificate for a later purchase. I just received a $30 gift certificate from them for spending $99 on diapers and wipes, which I would have had to buy at some point anyway!

I have had some great buys through Amazon, but yesterday and today have been troublesome. Amazon would not accept a coupon code that was up and posted on their website. I tried it several times, and on two different days. I then called customer service. The phone representative did not help, except told me to write an email to them detailing the problem. I am now waiting on an answer back.
I don't like any website that doesn't honor codes currently up on their site. I really don't like spending an hour or more resolving it. Had the Amazon representative taken care of the problem, my ratings would have been higher. Telling me to do more work to "get" to make the purchase is just bad business.
All that said, I'm sure I will shop at Amazon again, but I am likely to look elsewhere first. I just don't like to support a company that makes solving a problem so difficult.

Amazon is one of the first places I look for practically anything I'm thinking about buying online. Their prices are almost always the best you will find. They seem to be adding new stores and departments all the time, such as the new grocery section. Customer service is very prompt to respond via email and even faster when you request assistance over the telephone (they call you immediately). I have been a customer for years and will continue to shop there in the future!

I like this site, and especially how it saves your previously viewed items. I can log out and go back days later, and it will automatically show me the items I viewed before. This saves time if you decide to purchase something because you don't even have to look it up. You can also have a wish list and save items for later. I love the site, it is user friendly, and I have found some great buys there. If you spend $25.00, (and that's easy to do) you can get free shopping if you buy items that come directly from Amazon. Did I mention that my orders have always arrived within just days? Their shipping is fast, packed well, and customer service is more than happy to assist you with questions or returns. No hassle. This site has the best prices around for books of any type, too.

Every time I've ordered from Amazon I've had no problem with the order. Nor has sending an item back been a problem. I love the super saver feature with free shipping over $25.00 on certain items. This feature is a great money saver on large orders.

I've found that Amazon has a really good selection, and I love their reviews but I have had some problems with their customer service. We purchased a book for about $6. Thought we were getting a great deal. Turned out to be a 2 inch miniature version of the bigger book? There was nothing on the description page that mentioned anything about this. Amazon customer service did offer to take the book back, but it would have cost more to ship it than we would have had in a refund.

I have ordered many items from Amazon using their free shipping. The orders always came on time or a few days earlier than the expected delivery date. There are occasional sales from time to time in electronics, textbooks, tools, etc. Amazon will not let you down!
