An awesome etailer. They usually have the best prices for a variety of products. They also offer free shipping for orders over $25. I have ordered many things from them over the years from books to movies to video games. Amazon is one of my most highly recommended places to shop.

Prices on Amazon, for books and magazines, tend to be much higher than other discount online stores. However, they provide you with the option of free returns if you are dissatisfied with a product. My experience with Amazon.com has always been positive.

Sometimes I have to use Amazon even if I don't get cash back with them with Mr. Rebates. Reason: they have often the best price from far compare to a lot of store and like today I've bought a backpack and it was $12 cheaper than the lowest price I found so even if I’m losing on the cashback it was a great deal and even if I had to pay shipping. I will use them again but always compare with the cash back first to see if they get cheaper or not. I wish they will join Mr. Rebates to offer more discount.

Mr Rebates has a coupon for Amazon.com on kitchen products. The coupon, NOVSAVER DID NOT WORK ON THE CUISINART TOASTER I BOUGHT, even though it wasn't listed in the Restrictions or Exceptions.
Why? I don't know. It is almost impossible to contact their Customer Service.

Overall I really like Amazon. I've bought things from Amazon on numerous occasions and have yet to be disappointed. If you are attending college, as I am, you know the price of textbooks is AWFUL! Usually I find out what book I need and then go straight to Amazon where I am able to buy it for much, much less.

I have ordered approximately 7 items from Amazon and have not really encountered any problems that I can think of. You do have to watch out if you are ordering from Amazon and not another merchant seller (at checkout it will indicate where the product will be bought from). The items ship in a timely manner and pricing is fairly competitive. I purchased a product once from a merchant of Amazon and their customer support was still a big help.

I usually buy new items at Amazon. Another feature are the reviews for products. Secondly, one can add items to a wish list and/or to the basket. A great feature is the ability to "buy later." This could mean that you want to use two different payment methods, or one has to wait to purchase the remaining. If the prices change in the basket or wish list, you will be notified. I also like the assortment of stores, one can buy from Amazon, and sometimes the item is available used, and/or from other stores.
It is one of the only stores that I will buy used items. It appears that Amazon has set shipping and handling for the sellers, according to what type of item one is buying.
Customer service is wonderful. One can actually find their link easily, and they respond very quickly and not with a canned response. There is also a phone no. available. One time I didnot receive an item, a replacement was sent in days!
I love the coupons and specials they offer. It is one of many stores I visit to price shop and review.
Now I rated "Ease of Ordering:" a seven as when you add combination deals to your cart, it does not denote which are the combination discount items. It can be very confusing, especially when you have all those stores to choose from!
Next, after shopping at Amazon for years, I lost my item. They had a great deal on an HP camera & printer. My computer crashed. By the time I returned to Amazon, it was sold out. I may contact HP to see if they will honor the prices.
I have on unrresolved problem; Amazon sent me the correct charger for my camera, but not the correct model.
Amazon will not match prices, although if other vendors are listed, you may be better off buying directly from them using a link from Mr. Rebates. Amazon does have a link to report a lower price, though.
I think it is one of the better stores on the internet. I have also learned a lot about different subjects!
