I purchased a replacement battery for my Dell laptop. There was only one choice, and the price was relatively high. Other sites (e.g., batteries.com) had similar products at significantly lower prices, but I was not sure whether purchasing from them would impair the warranty on my laptop. In terms of ease of ordering, it did take a few tries to be sure I got all discounts, and there was a final 3% discount for using my Dell account that was offered only after I indicated I would pay with a credit card.

This was the most frustrating purchase of my lifetime. Attempting to communicate with Customer service was an absolute nightmare. Very few of their representativess speak clear English and if you need follow-up help--beware! Their support staff is located in India and communication is very difficult because of the language barrier.
Overall, their product is excellent though! I received my computer one week after I ordered it and it was all ready to go! The only thing I caution about is the extra programs they offer for purchase. Be careful, read the details very carefully. I thought I purchased security programs, and scrapbook programs only to discover they were only 6 month subscriptions! I discovered this when the subscription ran out, and I could no longer access it on my computer.
Be attentive to detail when placing your order so you don't make easy mistakes like I did. I thought I ordered a DVD recorder, only to realize after I was using the computer for two months, that I ordered a DVD player instead. Customer Service confused me so much, that the wrong order was placed.
Dell is an excellent computer though for the informed consumer.

I bought a photo printer at half price with free shipping. I also researched buying a desktop computer to replace my old one. Dell frequently has special offer s and one can put together a computer based on one's own needs and specifications.

I've purchased a new lap top with upgrades, I truly think Dell got a lot better at their lap tops, we used to buy only HP brand, but now it seems that Dell is cheaper, a lot quiter and more reliable. Recommend!

I have dealt with Dell on several occasions. My experience with Dell on a whole is very good. I ordered a camera on Saturday night, I received it on Tuesday.
I have dealt with customer service and they were very nice. I had a problem with something and they fixed it.

Dell is a great store to use. Up until recently they have less deals, but the service is really good. I had a laptop under warranty, within 24 hours there was someone at my house to check it up. I would definitely recommend using them in the future; I don’t think you can get any better deals out there. Always check around Thursdays they have their good deals then.

I am most pleased with the fast shipping offered by Dell. I can place an order before 5pm and receive the product the next day. The price is comparable to the prices found in stores including shipping, without the hassle of leaving my home.

Dell is where I order all of my personal and business computers. All of the products that I have purchased from them have been technologically sound and high quality. Although I know on the news there has been talk of problems with the laptops, but I have never had any problems with any of their products.

I have bought many things from Dell, and have found them to be good. I had a few problems with the shipping, and customer service. However, the shipping has been very quick, usually 3-4 days. I would recommend Dell.com.

I ordered a laptop from them. I had a friend on the phone with me going over what I needed. With my friend telling me what to get, it was no problem.
I got more than I expected, they had a free printer and skin cover, what ever that is. I didn’t know what I needed, so without my friend I would have gone to a brick and mortar store.

Dell has amazing customer service. I just got my order of 2 ink cartridges and the box was damaged and 1 was missing and they sent me a whole new order, no questions asked that day! They often have deals on ink cartridges. They are hard to find the cartridges in any stores so online shopping makes it a breeze. No tax or shipping is a bonus too!

Ordering is little cumbersome in Dell because of their product display methodology. Dell is # 2 in low pricing. Order fulfillment process is very transparent but takes too long to ship. They should reduce their manufacturing time.
