This was my first Dell Computer purchase. I must say I truly enjoyed the entire process. It was easy to do and i was extremely happy with my overall experience using Dell. I now will only use a Dell computer.

I purchased 2 laptops from Dell during their 12 Days of Christmas sale. I got a pretty good price. The rebate through Mr. Rebates made it all that much better. Ordering a laptop is a tedious process but I got through it and am pleased with my purchase.

Dell Home was very a good experience for me! I purchased office labels from them because they were significantly cheaper than the usual online store I usually purchase from. I will continue to shop with Dell because they made it very easy to order the products I needed and shipped the order out and we had it within a few days. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for quality items and a great price!

Dell's normal prices aren't necessarily anything to go crazy over, but when they have a sale, it's worth taking a look. The computers are pretty customizable and you can change the look and features pretty easily. The orders come in quickly and I haven't yet had a problem with them. In addition to the computers, Dell also has a wide range of accessories and other electronics. The sales are where it's at!

Bought my second Dell via Dell online and I love it. Their 'build your own computer' setup is easy to navigate and print out, so you see exactly what you're getting and what paying for. Changing specs is easy too, and once I committed, the shipping was fast and my computer arrived in perfect condition. Prior to buying I had a couple questions so I called customer service and they were fine. I'd order from Dell again in a heartbeat.

Had a problem with shipping. DHL had the item for over a week and never attempted to deliver (though claimed through tracking number that they had). Eventually had to go pick item up myself when I was ill and delivery would have been much more convenient. Contacted Dell and eventually they compensated me with a $25 credit. Also, a "free" gift card with my purchase took forever to arrive. Was supposed to arrive in January and arrived mid February. Love my Dell though and got a great credit towards a nice camera with the gift card once it arrived.

The service with Dell was quick and easy. They told me everything for my order and even suggested which parts to get since I was doing an upgrade. I just entered my computer's "service code" and they had all my computer's operating limitations. It arrived here many days before their estimated "ship" date. Fast!

Dell is the only computer I will ever buy. This is our 3rd one and have been very satified with all aspects of Dell. My Dad, brother and sister have also bought Dell computers on my recommendation and haven't had any problems with them.

Customer service needs to be improved in order for Dell to regain its prime. My recent purchase of LCD at deep discount was truly a bargain. Unfortunately, the quality of such a discounted product is not the same as higher price tag one. Overall experience was not bad because I think Dell will no longer issue those big discount promotional codes in the months to come.

I ordered a Kodak digital camera from Dell. This is my second purchase from Dell. I researched each product extensively and compared prices for a few weeks before making a purchase. Dell beat the lowest prices by $10-15, plus you get the 2% from Mr. Rebates. I will definitely buy from them again.
