Their flip-flops are wonderful. Quality at a great price. I ordered one of every color!
Their jeans are hard to order on-line because the sizes are not true to life. Three pairs (size 14's) all fit differently and none fit right at all!
Their t-shirts and character shirts are cute but shrink quickly.

When I was pregnant, only a few of the Old Navy stores carried maternity clothes. Their return policy made it very easy to order because I knew that I could return/exchange at no cost. The preprinted label made it simple.

Not as great deal on online clearance items as in a store, but still great. Also some items appear before they are available in store which works out well too.

I had a minor problem while submitting my order, so I called customer service but they were unable to help because they were 'upgrading their system'. I had to call back the next day to fix my order. My order was already in the processing center so they said my order might not come correctly, I may need to send it back. I think the system upgrading should only be done overnight.

The Old Navy website is very well organized and easy to navigate. When you add an item to the shopping cart the site actually can suggest other items you can purchase that will coordinate with what you just added. That is very helpful for putting together outfits since that's hard to do when you're not in the actual store comparing colors and fabrics. The online selection is actually better than what is in most stores and it’s very easy to return online purchases in the store.

Old Navy online is very easy to use. They have a great selection of clothes and I especially like the sale sections. Sometimes regular prices can be a bit on the high side but the sales are great! Plus shipping is very fast and returns are very easy to do. I've shopped there on several occasions and have always been satisfied with my purchase!

Old Navy has decent merchandise that is usually priced well. The website can be frustrating in that it is often impossible to find items in stock in the size you're looking for. The merchandise also changes so quickly that if you find what you like in the store but in the wrong size, it is unlikely to be available online and will never appear on the site (or the store) ever again. In general, I recommend shopping in an actual retail store rather than the website, as you can also find great discounts in the store that cannot be found online due to how the company purchases, stocks, and ships merchandise.

Great shopping with fast shipping. The prices are a little high but you should look at the sales items. I never had a problem so I never had to deal with their customer service.

While the prices are great and the $5 dollar flat rate shipping is a money saver, trying to navigate the site can be a pain. They have recently added a new java pop down menu to show you what you order step by step. This is a neat feature, however it can slow down your ordering or even go as far as crashing your browser. A little pain is worth the price, especially on their item of the week and bargain section. Overall, my favorite aspect of this site is the "wear to work" section. They divide work appropriate clothing into stylish outfits and you can click on the item whole to purchase or individual pieces - definitely a valuable tool.

I love ordering online sometimes they have a better selection than in the store. I have a 2 year old that is blowing through clothes, with his growth spurt. Everything is cheap and almost always in stock. Returns are easy. I shop here over and over again.

I make near monthly purchases from Old Navy and love it. Unfortunately, I often fall into that popular size of "M-L" so they are often out of stock for the items I want in my size. Their infamous flat $5 shipping is extremely fast, and returns are very easy. You can either send them back through the mail, or simply return them to your Old Navy store locally for a full refund should decide you want to return an item. As always, keep a look out for special codes to use along with your Mr. Rebates link through for additional savings.
