Old Navy always has nice prices and great sales!!!!! I love shopping here and if you have a card they generally offer a lot of additional specials. You can get some nice casual clothes on a budget here!

I just applied and easily qualified for an Old Navy account and the perks are great! I received instant credit, and also got 20% off my order, which saved me over $20 !! The prices for clearance are wonderful. My only negative comment for the site is that they don't have more for women. I ordered a ton of clothes for my daughter for Christmas, and she is going to be so happy with the clothes and the Old Navy brand on all of them! Site has a handy drop down little window, each time you add something to your basket. Along with GREAT coupons, prices, ease of site movement, I give this site a 10 !

Overall, I was very pleased with my shopping experience at Old Navy.com. I got several items each for my 5-month-old daughter, my husband and myself. My only complaints are that several things that I wanted to buy were temporarily out of stock, which is more my fault for not ordering sooner than anyone else's. Also, I was disappointed by the limited selection of infant footwear. It would be nice to see something along the line of Robeez shoes(robeez.com), or at least a wider selection of socks. Other than that, I think oldnavy.com is great!

I think Old Navy has great prices and customer service representatives are always very helpful and friendly. Their only downfalls are that some times their product selection is great and sometimes it isn't (it depends on the season). Also, a lot of their really cool women's jeans don't come in short or long lengths as well as regular. They really need to take in to consideration that not everyone is the same height!

Old Navy is quick to ship and offers a great shipping deal. The items that I ordered were received quickly, were well packaged and included everything that I needed to make a return should one be required. The only negative thing that I have to say about Old Navy is that their website can sometimes be slow and confusing, but overall I have been pleased with their service.

On occasion I will ship this store. I do like the sale items and can't seem to find the same things in the Old Navy local stores. I found the website nice and easy. The ordering process was also easy. Returns can be taken to any of there stores which is an option I really like.

It was very easy to shop Old Navy online. I just clicked on the category of what I was shopping for on the top. Everything is then listed in different categories - i.e. pants, shirts/tops, active wear. I clicked on the item I was interested in. It would be more helpful to have different views of pants - maybe the back of some of the items. But once the specific item comes up you simply click your size and color and length if applicable. It was very easy. I will be shopping at Old Navy online again.

Old Navy has a great selection online since it carried many items the stores don't. I only wish they would offer some free shipping promos. Still, free returns in stores is nice and overall cute and affordable clothes.

I order a lot for my son. Sometimes what I want is sold out in his size, but you can't beat the $5.00 shipping. I can't drive to the nearest Old Navy store for that!! If I ever have a problem I have always been able to exchange or return the items with no hassle. Old Navy has to be one of my favorite shopping sites!!
